An hour waiting on the phone. 2 different customer service agents gave me wrong numbers for Quebec despite the modem saying call 310-bell had to drive to a @Bell store and get a new home hub. TV 4k modem won't connect to the new home hub. Back on the phone to wait another hour

@Bell_Support Thanks I have been on hold for nearly an hour for the second time today. As I stated earlier I called 310-Bell and was told I was routed to the East coast & they couldn't help in Quebec. They gave me the Quebec number which was actually the New Brunswick number. Ridiculous
