  Dealing with @Bell_Support is brutal. They have had my phone for a month. Store says still waiting. Chat service gave me phone number for Bell Home Service. Now been on the phone for 11 plus and counting and still waiting while they read the file

  @Bell_Support any updates on the service outage in Montreal? The service outage started yesterday around 4 pm and you send an initial estimate for restoring the service, but no communication since! :(
