    I purchased a 5G Samsung phone from @Bell I have not had it even 6 months and there has been an issue every month. @Bell has had it for a month. Was supposed to be warranty but now are charging me $230. They have given me a 6 year old phone as a loaner. No timetable for rtn

    Dealing with @Bell_Support is brutal. They have had my phone for a month. Store says still waiting. Chat service gave me phone number for Bell Home Service. Now been on the phone for 11 plus and counting and still waiting while they read the file

    @Bell_Support Is my phone fixed? Uhm no, said I don't want any more sales calls, well that's a lie just wasted another 20 minutes of my life. Fix my phone and return it!!!! Do better tomorrow on no marketing calls. Fyi I record and log every interaction

    @Bell_Support I tried to call them, but they aren’t able to fix that, this is the reason to contact you, so everyone else can see how good you service is

    So when you send your Black Device away for repair and @bell @Bell_Support sends you a purple one back, its all good. When you call its up to me to fix Bells **** ups....18 months more. This will be fun

    @Bell_Support hello, I’m the last half hour it seems that I have lost all connectivity to 5G, LTE and the other cellular data networks. Only have access to the basic for phone calling, was wondering if there is a system outage?

    @Bell_Support Why are people unable to get service? Why are you not responding with anything other than "DM ME"? Save yourself some work and tweet an actual update. This is obviously not an isolated event.

    @kjames_2001 @Bell_Support EMS services experiencing problems because of this near Edmonton area as well. Really needs to be an @AB_EmergAlert about this.
