    Dealing with @Bell_Support is brutal. They have had my phone for a month. Store says still waiting. Chat service gave me phone number for Bell Home Service. Now been on the phone for 11 plus and counting and still waiting while they read the file

    @Bell_Support Is my phone fixed? Uhm no, said I don't want any more sales calls, well that's a lie just wasted another 20 minutes of my life. Fix my phone and return it!!!! Do better tomorrow on no marketing calls. Fyi I record and log every interaction

    Two bored kids working the dead empty @Bell store on Queen explaining to me that returning my old modem is so easy that they simply CANT help me. It’s just that easy. Classic @Bell flexible service at work.
