    Dealing with @Bell_Support is brutal. They have had my phone for a month. Store says still waiting. Chat service gave me phone number for Bell Home Service. Now been on the phone for 11 plus and counting and still waiting while they read the file

    @Bell_Support Is my phone fixed? Uhm no, said I don't want any more sales calls, well that's a lie just wasted another 20 minutes of my life. Fix my phone and return it!!!! Do better tomorrow on no marketing calls. Fyi I record and log every interaction

    @Bell My folks are in their 80's, disabled, and couldn't afford to pay their $600 long distance bill & service was cut. Bell left Wi-Fi service on but on a limited basis so that long distance calling on WhatsApp is not allowed. Someone thought this out. Shame.

    @EnergyKidd @Bell Bro. I had it with Rogers. And Rogers would always send a technician but they never solved the problem. Until finally one guy who had sense finally came n fixed it. They all the same

    500 dollars we spend every month on our @Bell services. We don't fall behind on our bill payments, we pay. The ONE time I have to call for support, I'd expect that I'd be heard and helped. Nope. Had to call back to give them the resolution to my technical support issue.
