    Dealing with @Bell_Support is brutal. They have had my phone for a month. Store says still waiting. Chat service gave me phone number for Bell Home Service. Now been on the phone for 11 plus and counting and still waiting while they read the file

    @Bell_Support Is my phone fixed? Uhm no, said I don't want any more sales calls, well that's a lie just wasted another 20 minutes of my life. Fix my phone and return it!!!! Do better tomorrow on no marketing calls. Fyi I record and log every interaction

    @Bell We don’t have a very big house and it doesn’t even work from one end to the other. Scam artists. We just got another router and ran a cable to get signal on the other side of the wall 🙄

    @_AirTuna_ @Bell Exactly, I made that same comment. Bell support reached out and still the same answer. Nada! What’s the point? Like I said to them, work on reach then speed. Honestly who needs 3Gbps? While others have 10 or 50Mbps in their neighbourhood.
