    Dealing with @Bell_Support is brutal. They have had my phone for a month. Store says still waiting. Chat service gave me phone number for Bell Home Service. Now been on the phone for 11 plus and counting and still waiting while they read the file

    @Bell_Support Once again - momentary power outage and Bell WiFi pods are 'optimizing' which translates to poor coverage for the next 24+ hours. Why can't they just remember and return to the last know optimal configuration? seems logical to me
