Dealing with @Bell_Support is brutal. They have had my phone for a month. Store says still waiting. Chat service gave me phone number for Bell Home Service. Now been on the phone for 11 plus and counting and still waiting while they read the file

@DPocroianu @BellMobility @Bell 4/4 I never went back. They mailed me my cheque. That was back in 1971. Woolworths never back me up. He remained there until the store closed years later. Sadly, times have not changed. Feel free to PM me anytime that you need to talk/vent. I have walked a marathon in your shoes.

@Bell I’ve been on hold with customer service for over an hour. After 2 months of being a customer, Bell increased the cost of my internet from $90 to $130 with no warning or explanation. I am getting sick of hearing that my call is important to you, because clearly it’s not.

@Bell_Support I have figured my Bell receiver is causing serious lag and needs to be replaced. I watched the same program using the Bell Fibe app an Amazon Fire stick and the problem is gone. Need help

I would love to have 1 good experience with @UPS_Canada. Once again I have a packaged delivered from @Bell by UPS, and once again there is a delivery issue. Calling them is just automated verbal diarrhea of menus, when you find it its only to get disconnected after 20 minutes.
