@Bell_Support What's going on with your Mobility network? Live near Valentia, ON. Dropped calls, no network available, incoming goes straight to voice-mail. 2 bars at best with H+ or LTE, never the usual LTE+. Been like this for couple of weeks - ticket #323813

@Bell @Bell_Support Hey, question. I keep get charged almost $6 annually for "infrastructure", right? Why has my Internet been down since Friday evening? 🙃 I see the guys working on the box down the street. Why not fix things before they break with that $6 you charge annually?

@Bell_Support looks like the internet is having a hard time this Thanksgiving. Pay for gigabit and get 200 down 180 up and then the internet just goes out. Calling support pains me because I literally went to school for IT and built my own networks. What a time to be alive in 🇨🇦

Fun story courtesy of the scammers at @bell_support. Didn’t show up for installation after we moved only to call and find out they don’t have service fast enough here to run our network. Despite it being THEIR ISSUE, I still get to pay a cancellation fee? Scam scam scam.

@Bell_Support I already diagnosed the problem and fixed it myself. Bell's modem shits the bed when all 4 Ethernet ports are used at once. I'm trying to duplex my connection to my office network and the whole internet goes out just by plugging in that final cable. its absurd and shouldnt happen
