@Enercare In forty years of dealing with the service industry, yours is the worst. I thought @Bell Canada was bad, you topped even them. Shame to @serviceexperts and D&K Heat for selling out to you. I’m pissed. When I’m told “it’s free” five times, IT IS FREE!

@Bell - I am so disappointed with your Satellite TV Billing Dept. I ended up having to close out my account today because of the poor unprofessional service I received. I’ve been a loyal customer for so long and to feel cheated and lied to by your company is unfathomable. 😢

Week 10 of @Rogers telling me there is no problem on their end... When half of New-Brunswick has the same issue. You have so many clients migrating to @Bell that i'm on a 1 1/2 month waiting list. I will wait anyways as Roger's customer service remains worse than McD...

@tiredresearcher @Bell The landline is your emergency line, we have no cellular service this side of Halifax, no landline, no 911. It should have a high priority repair for safety. They'll still want to compensate you for inconvenience, and lower your bill for days of no service. It's a public utility

By the way, the @Bell Executive office phone number 1-844-940-1917, a representative named Jean-Marie, was of no help to me, despite all the lies the Bell store rep told me I was told by the call centre. But if you are looking to escalate your issue, maybe you’ll have better luck

@Bell had a very disapointing conversation with your phone support today. Ive been a customer a long time, I spend a ridiculous amount for one line and when I asked to spend even more with you I was offered over twice the price for less than 1/3 more service. Time to look around

@rastasack @Bell Depending upon where you are in the house, we have no cell service. That is why we still -theoretically- have a land line. But it is constantly in need of repair.

@DFisman @Bell I am tired of the Bell/LaFlamme debacle being reduced to "gray hair" all over the place, and seriously folks, it's about a lot more than that. It's about misogyny and patriarchy, and how long we have been dealing with this **** without it seeming to change one freaking iota.

no network (or landline dial tone) since sunday eve. so far three @Bell_Support tech, one to find a damage at the branch office, another to repair that, another to request cable crew. expecting another two days of no service. it is mind-boggling. can’t escalate, no details…
