@Bell I am so disappointed with your service. I stay in Toronto and WFH and you cut off my internet, just because I upgraded my plan. Please teach your customer care executives to not lie about stuff, they can just say "i dont know, i will check on that and get back to you," 1/2.

@Bell increasing rate plans, and when your contract ends offering BYOD plans that are more expensive than what I had during contract. I get BYOD that reduces my plan and than they increase my towhr two lines rate plans. Thanks bell. Customer support and loyalty are offering plans
