@JoCro42 @EnvHamilton @Bell There is a difference between standing up for yourself and going out of your way to find and create an employment problem for a complete stranger. Quite childish actually.

  • Douglas8382 Douglas Sterling (@Douglas8382) reported

@Bell I tried to switch.... I ordered a mobile device 12 days ago and no one can seem to find it The device was shipped without a unit number. Now Purolator is blaming bell and bell is blaming Purolator. While I'm stuck in the middle with no phone at all Worst customer service

@Bell_Support I switched to the new Bell fibre optic network on Wednesday. It’s now Friday and I have had to reboot my system several times a day since then. The internet just randomly disconnects. So much for the revolutionary new fibre optics! Piece of crap so far.

@Bell This is an embarassing bad. Please delete it for the sake of this poor model's career.

  • JoCro42 JC (@JoCro42) reported

@ImSorryHamilton @EnvHamilton @Bell So how should one stand up for themselves in this situation? Also worth noting that it would be bizarrely uncommon for someone to lose their job over a parking concern. Maybe if you are already a problem employee. But labour shortages.

  • quantumVerd Guillaume Verdon (@quantumVerd) reported

Activating a new iPhone with eSim is such a nightmare. @Bell step your game up. This customer experience is abysmal.

  • slipformcanada Gambini Consulting/Slipform Canada (@slipformcanada) reported

@Bell Bell is hands down the worst internet. Cable 20 years ago was more reliable and faster.

  • DougF66 DSF (@DougF66) reported

@Bell This is an embarassing ad. Please delete it for the sake of this poor model's career.

@forshish @Bell_Support Outages everywhere up here in Muskoka as well..They will just tell you that their system shows no outage and be completely useless even though everyone here is doesn’t have service. Clearly they have issues everywhere right now and are offering zero answers.

  • JonathanJaitly Jonathan (@JonathanJaitly) reported

@bell @Bell_Support why is it’s so difficult to get good customer service from your company? I have 10 lines and spend around $100 a month and your customer service is horrible.
