What bugs me most about @Rogers meltdown is having no choice but to remain a customer. Not moving mobile to @Bell because I keep mobile/internet with separate carriers precisely for outage events. And @TELUS is useless on int’l service. So I have to put up with Rogers’s crap.🤬

Call from a @Bell_Support outsourced customer service agent today responding to a negative service survey from last week. I cannot blame this agent, they are just doing their job but, when you have been waiting since November for an issue to be resolved and offer nothing....

An open question for Canadian telcos over the Rogers network outage earlier this week. Why did you deny Canadians the ability to dial 911? Shame on you @Bell_Support @TELUS @FreedomMobile for failing to provide such a critical service to Rogers customers in need!
