@bell @Bell_Support even though the game is still on I can’t play from the guide. This is v disappointing and I’ll be calling tomorrow to cancel all my Bell services. ALL OF THEM. I’ve had enough of your terrible support and garbage service.

  • jojo66newbery JOM (@jojo66newbery) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@copymiller @Bell @phoneclaim don’t buy insurance on our phones anymore. service is horrible and if I get lucky i might have a phone 2 weeks after I claimed it. My car got fixed faster than this.

  • happyandabroad Bru Almeida (@happyandabroad) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support I know, I read your copy and paste response. As a support agent myself, not cool bro.

  • lisajryder Lisa Ryder (@lisajryder) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support oh hey Bell. You are making it incredibly hard to stay with you as a provider. I am moving and have been on the phone for more than an hour to make this basic service happen.

  • tracylyn44 Tracy D (@tracylyn44) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell 1 (877) 487-9570 is your number. Keeps calling me but never leaves a message 😐

  • AustinNewdick Austin Newdick (@AustinNewdick) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell this is the second time that #FibeTV #AltTv failed when it absolutely mattered most. It’s sad that I had to use an illegal source because my paid service is clearly not “Canada’s most reliable network” And $10 is not at all going to cut it. #divorce

  • mlmatthews24 M&M 🇨🇦 🇹🇹 (@mlmatthews24) reported from Ajax, Ontario

4 conversation with @Bell talk to the loyalty dept. to upgrade a cell, the CS rep said "sorry cant help you, good luck on the new company", I am now going cancel all 4 of my #Bell services #Canada needs 2 do better & stop allowing these corporations to monopolize telecom industry

  • arthurmorgqn marlee (@arthurmorgqn) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support why my wifi so bad lol

  • SparkAlMac AlMac (@SparkAlMac) reported from Toronto, Ontario

This is what @Bell does when you attempt to cancel your internet. They put you on hold for upwards of an hour, then hang up on you and make you call back and go through entire process again. What a bull shit scam artist company with nothing but a criminality and fraud mindset.

  • LvilleKin David Sewell R.Kin. (@LvilleKin) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Dear @Bell your Fibe TV service is down... again... during the end of a Raptors game...

  • greggtilston Gregg Tilston🍷🥘🤘⛷🏎✈️🇨🇦🐾👩‍👧‍👦👨‍👧‍👦 (@greggtilston) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support @simplegearle It’s a rough number based on annual average increase. But it comes out to fifty four thousand ******* dollars. Service fees, not hardware. Just let that sink in for a second.

  • KevinFrankish Kevin Frankish (@KevinFrankish) reported from Toronto, Ontario

So my @Bell goes down and won’t reconnect with 4 minutes left. Switched to @Rogers on my laptop thank goodness.

  • delliott13 Doug 🇨🇦 (@delliott13) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support Noticed my Fibe 50 internet seems painfully slow for quite awhile. Speed test says my download speed is only 24mps, 1/2 of what it should be. Not impressed at the moment.

  • tedgraham Ted Graham (@tedgraham) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support Also waiting for communication about the interruption during the final minutes of the game. Such a bad customer experience at a crucial time...

  • quinnpalmerr quinn 🏳️‍🌈 (@quinnpalmerr) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Hey @Bell your Fibe tv network cut out with 22 seconds left in Mondays NBA game 5. Thought it was a fluke. Game 6 has 5 minutes left and it happened again. Explain & also.... rude

  • sarahavarell Sarah Avarell (@sarahavarell) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell this error message could not come at a worst time #WeTheNorth

  • SparkAlMac AlMac (@SparkAlMac) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support I want to cancel my service without getting hung up on after 45minutes of waiting for confirmation. Unless you can give me a 24hr line where I can cancel my service, you are of no use to me. A complaint with the better business bureau of Canada has already been filed.

  • FitzDrum Michael Fitzgibbon (@FitzDrum) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Of all my AppleTV apps, @Bell Fibe is the worst. Of my Android TV apps, @Bell Fibe is the worst. Of my steaming services, @Bell Crave is the worst. Of my Fibe TV channels, @Bell Media channels are the worst. Being at the bottom of everything is a quite an achievement.

  • ioverherder Michelle Herder (@ioverherder) reported from Toronto, Ontario

What a shame that @Bell is about to lose a customer who has used them exclusively for 24 years. They really need to improve how they treat customers. It brings me no joy to be looking for a new provider.

Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • BrianPa31573580 Brian Patterson (@BrianPa31573580) reported

@Bell If you are providing the best service how can you justify charging me more for one tenth of internet speed I have unlimited 50 and you want me to pay more a speed of 5 what a joke I will be switching my services to Rogers even after the outage

  • Assign1799 Assign (@Assign1799) reported

Any of my fellow friends help me, I'm moving to Toronto this week and I wanted to know what internet to get. Currently I'm using @Virgin but do I get @Bell or @Rogers ? Main priority for no packet loss and stream in peace!

  • coo77505195 Alan Cooper (@coo77505195) reported

    @FrankReardon1 @Bell 3G, that's bad. Must admit I appreciate high speed.

  • mtakvir Shah M Takvir (@mtakvir) reported

I am now zero expectations to resolve this matter, as I’m not sure they’re going to keep their promise to install on Saturday. I’ve reinstated the service from Rogers … I literally feel like hostage between @bell and Rogers. @CRTCeng

  • pozpiggy86 Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reported

Thanks @Bell..... I needed to call 911 from my parents landline and I couldn't. Phone line is down and the internet is terribly slow. Also, when I try calling their home phone from my cell phone it rings once on my end and then gives me a fast busy signal. What gives? #CRTC

  • K30243951 K (@K30243951) reported

@8tephanie @Bell I mean that’s the cost of living on an island with less than 1000 people where the only bridge access is through the USA. Idk why people move to remote areas and expect any company to drop millions of dollars on infrastructure they’ll never get a return on investment from.

  • akshayh4u Akshay (@akshayh4u) reported

@Bell I’m Bell Prepaid user with $45/month plan with autopay. I don’t get any network coverage at my home. All calls go to voicemail. Tried reaching support no help. Could you please allow me to activate WiFi calling?

  • KristenKShaver Kristen (@KristenKShaver) reported

I’ve received FIVE spam calls in the last two hours. You’d think with the criminally high prices @Bell and other Canadian telecom companies charge us they would be able to figure out SOMETHING to help with this problem.

  • SteveDickerNL Stunning Steve (@SteveDickerNL) reported

@Bell @Bell_Support My current satellite bill for the "Better" package is $95.45. Including fees, tax and PVR rental my total is $130.47. On your website it shows the Better package for $82.45/month for new customers. As a long-time LOYAL customer I expect the same deal. #Bell

  • jayankandathil Jayan Kandathil (@jayankandathil) reported

@Bell_Support When will your [Fibe 150] service support IPv6?
