@Bell please explain how there’s been an internet outage in my area for the last 4 days that has yet to be fixed?!! And when I called to cancel my service, I’m told I have to pay a cancellation fee. I didn’t sign up for unreliable service! Why should I be penalized?!

I’ve been a loyal Bell customer for over 20 years, yet I wasn’t able to get the 14-day EU plan before traveling. Now I’m abroad with no data and no service at all—this feels unsafe and unacceptable. Why is this happening, and what can be done immediately to resolve it? @Bell

@Bell Oct 3rd. I wait and call Oct 4th. They say it’s now Oct 29th! We work from home, internet and Tv is continually freezing, video chats for work don’t work! How can it almost 2 months to fix?! And no guarantees it will be - bell will not provide anything in writing

Is there anyway @Bell can help. We have Bell Fibe TV internet and phone, pay $265 a month after tax but using your older receivers. We would like to upgrade to your latest receivers without being charged a penny. We also have a cell phone plan with Bell Mobility.

@Bell ...I could go on with more examples, and personal experiences, but suffice to say that I'm writing this to declare that Canadians should no longer support Bell as a supplier of telecom services. Instead, hitch your wagon to Rogers. OF COURSE Rogers is FAR from perfect...
