    @Bell_Support Help. Currently my internet internet connection is down for the last hour & my home phone has no dial tone. Unfortunately your customer service reps have been rude with me. The troubleshooting has been unsuccessful. All I want is a technician to be sent pls asap.

    @RogersHelps I've been with you since 2005, & I'm leaving now. Spent 10+ hours trying to get help but calls keep dropping while waiting to be connected or while talking to reps after waiting for hours. No call back, even though you have my # (@Bell/@TELUS both called back).

    @Bell_Support I have been asking more than 1 hour to your representatives to schedule a technician to be sent my home and they are not listening. This is unacceptable. Poor customer service .

    This time, to CANCEL my #bellsmarthome service. I am called back the next day and put through to loyalty dept. This agent gives a free mos of their nonexistent service & tells me techsupport WILL call me back, & what do you know; THEY DONT! @bell

    @Bell waited an hour on the phone to have a rude billing rep tell me that my $500 Bill for December is what it is, you have to pay it. Explanation was didn’t charge me in Nov so they added it to Dec. so now I don’t pay it all I owe interest on late payments. **** the litre guy!

    @Bell_Support If you really cared about customer satisfaction, you could throw in a no additional cost smartphone for my mom. We've been loyal customers since 2004 yet not once a rep bothered with the type of phones we might be using. Yet you pride on customer satisfaction.
