    @linniewoods @Bell Ever think that maybe your house has to do with it? Thicker walls, router/modem placement, size of the house. Lots to consider. My house is like 70+ yrs old & has poor reception cause of stone/brick walls so i have to use pods.

    @Bell you have removed all common sense from yoyr customer service. I need a new remote. I go to your actual store but they don't provide that service.

    @Bell today someone knocked on my door offering Bell services. I had to explain to him that I had Bell cable TV, internet, and 2 cell phones for over 10 years and alm I had was headaches. Best thing I did was, 3 years ago, get rid of every Bell service I had.

    @Bell Buying a router and configuring it in access point (AP) mode solves this problem altogether. Only issue is: if you intend to disable the wireless LAN on the home/gigahub, you will either have to (carefully) disassemble and unplug the wireless antennas, or cage it.
