    @Bell_Support @bellcanada #CustomerService #CustomerExperience. Bell has changed and charged more for a service that I did not authorize. How can this company be so inefficient and incompetent. Customers check your bills and invoices carefully. Shame on you Bell! Seniors beware!

    @Bell_Support Ridiculous service ! Ordd Iphone 12 on Nov.28 still havent rec’d until sat cancelled upgrade and it still doesnt show cancelled in the system. I need a new phone !! Store has it available but I cannot upgrade until u update the system RIDICULOUS

    @iPhoneinCanada I moved to Bell 10 years ago from Rogers. I swore them off (terrible streak of bad customer service incidents) and then moved to Freedom last year because of better prices. If @Bell offers a competitive deal like this, I’ll happily go back. I pay $50 on Freedom for 16GB.
