    glad to be back on @beanfield. @Bell fibe sucked. cost TWICE as much but was twice as SLOW and they also engage in contracts with the government that force families of inmates to pay exorbitant fees to speak to their families. happy to be no longer supporting them.

    @Bell some guy in a line clearing truck just ripped down you lines in Port hope. Normally I wouldn't try to escalate this but my elderly neighbour has serious health conditions and doesn't have her phone incase. Please help

    @VainHostile @Bell I also called because didn't cancel her accidental data overage when she upgraded to unlimited internet like they said they would. I asked to speak with a manager, and they tried referring me to some guy in a quiet room who didn't even pull up her account, only pretended he did.

    .@Bell_Support Help. My fibe tv service and wireless network have been down since Saturday. Two hour-long calls to support have done nothing.
