@Bell has to be one of the most difficult companies to deal with. I have spent hours on resolving one issue. Have a rep who has the most aggressive tone I dont even feel comfortable speaking with her. I am asking for help! PLEASE HELP FOR GOD SAKES PEOPLE DONT HAVE TIME!

Trying to get a hold of @Bell Customer Service is near impossible. Machines, bots, and a sub contracted call center in the Philippines. Do you have any human Canadians actually working for you anymore Bell?

@Bell Another big game night and as usual picture quality is in and out of HD. Don’t tell me to run the online test and fix because I ran it a few days ago and this keeps happening if it’s a big game night. It’s a problem with your overall bandwidth and not my side. Just fix it!

It’s beyond ridiculous that at the end of 2025 my home just south of Ottawa has practically ZERO service with @Bell Mobility! This needs to change, customers should have a choice and not be forced to pick a single provider if they want cellular service!

@Thundercattttt0 @LovesCanada8 @Bell Yes, first it was the code, I was ok with that, on a hold my nose level. then they added the cellphone text, saying it was for our security.,, it actually opened a 3rd path to be hacked. that's when the whole **** show fell apart.

@Bell @Bell_LetsTalk The worst customer service ever. 1st call I asked why they need the details when I gave the account number and she hung up. Second call she kept me on hold for 18mins with no reply and call dis connected.. doesn’t bell have a normal courtesy of calling back?

@Bell …a simple address move has now gone awry! Somehow a transfer of services now means new accounts, cancelled accounts, and an email address completely erased and no help to get it reinstated. Beyond frustrated and need help.

@Bell Yaa of course the team that will reply in 30 days after sending an email . That’s what they said . I was able to reach come one in 5 mins with bell . Now it’s almost impossible worst way to ditch your customers
