    @Bell closed an account with bell and have a refund bell won’t give my money back . No support . Will lose money but will go to small claims if have to!

    @Rogers Then I’m told to call back in 2–3 hours—no option for a callback either. Paying premium prices, but this definitely isn’t premium service. @Bell be seeing a new customer in the near future

    Hey @Bell / @Bell_Support, is there a problem in the Woodstock, Ontario area with FibeTV? My folks seem to be having issues and no amount of restarts of the home Hub or Receivers seem to make a difference. Unable To Load The Guide (1014).

    @Bell_Support . Our internet is down and my roommate cannot schedule a technician to come fix it because he’s not authorized on the account. I’m overseas l, do not have working phone so I cannot phone you. I’ve tried the chat 5x and it’s not working. How can I add him?

    @Bell_Support Oh well. The third agent told me that he could offer me a new credit. I'm going to call back during the day to speak to someone. This is poor customer service. Hope the AI layoffs don't hit Bell agents. When you can't find competent people, AI will make decisions for you

    @Bell_Support When are we going to get an update re: outage in Beckwith Township area? Stolen copper... first it was Friday 10pm and now Monday. Your outage tool says there's no outage. 310-BELL says there is. Unknown what Bell tool is actually accurate. Help!

    @Bell_Support home phone has been out since last Saturday - apparently an issue with a cable. I have been lied to far too many times this week. No one has an answer. Now it is supposed to be fixed by 10pm tonight - 94 yr old mother has no service for almost a week.

    @Bell Going on 10 hours of no cell service in port Elgin Ontario, I’ve called multiple times and everyone is denying a outage stating everything is working fine, been out since 130pm on April 27

    @Bell very frustrating to wait on hold for 3 hours today to cancel my services and the line gets disconnected 3 times without anyone calling me back
