@Bell_Support I don’t have an account number because I have been trying to get a new service. I am an existing customer but this is a new service at a new address. I keep being told I will be contacted within 48 hours and then wait 4 days to call again myself and start all over. So frustrating

@Bell_Support I've been all morning trying to get someone to fix an issue with the extra 50GB of data for taking my home services to a new place. I have been transferred to multiple departments and on the last call the agent just hung up No one seems to know what to do. @Bell

hahahah hey @Bell_Support my fibreop internet and my cell service just both went out at the same time. no data, no cell service, no internet. just updated my PC’s wifi drivers and thought that was it but phone went out too. are you good?

Absolutely wild how notoriously awful @Bell ‘s customer service is. How many times in one week can someone spend an hour on the phone to get passed around and told they’d be called back? So far our count is 3. Spoiler: they never call back. -10/10 would NOT recommend

Love @Bell we get to pay over 100/month for 7mbs download speed while 30 minutes away for the same price I get 1500 MBs. Won't even give us a second line for free... Or hook one up unless there is a basement in the house. Good job bell. Makes me sick to be gettin ripped this bad.
