@Bell Can barely get a connection some days on the top floor of our house. Can’t watch a show because of the skipping and can’t get a signal to get on the internet. Having to reset the box at least once a week when the main box is in a not easy accessible place but Bell won’t move it

@JackGegg @FreedomMobile @Bell Perfect, I have no interest in leaving the city, therefore I shouldn't pay a higher phone bill for a network service I'm not using.

@Nambole2021 @Bell_Support @DrKateTO You win some you lose some. Hey I saw a person preparing a sandwich the other day, no gloves, wiped their nose then back to making the sandwich you could be their customer, right up your alley.

@NotOftenShocked @DrKateTO @Bell Good customer service in most industries is defined as going above and beyond for customers , if a mask is a hindrance to do your job than perhaps that isnt the field for you. But complying with the personal health requests while within a customers home is just proper and polite

@Bell_Support @DrKateTO That in my experience is the only way to get in contact with bell. They guard their brand religiously, customer satisfaction, not so much. It doesn't take a DM to fix the problem, the problem is that you haven't told your employees to mask TF up. Start there.

@Bell how can it be that your internet is down again… I just had a RANDOM 1 hour disconnection display in error code 2000…. Why is it that I’m expected to pay you for services that can’t even stay up and running…. Pathetic

@Bell_Support So you want to take this discussion behind closed doors @bell? That information is not what’s stated in my Contract. We can agree to leave it there as the complaint is logged with @CCTS_CPRST to investigate and represent #missold #Canada #poorcustomerservice

@ryderseashells @ChristineGuent8 @Bell It's so nice not having to ask or justify it. He asked if we all would be masking too & i said of course. He mentioned that he'd had issues at a few homes. He said he didn't want to make someone sick in our or his home. His words " it's just a mask i don't understand some people"

@kingofqueensla1 @ChristineGuent8 @Bell When we had a Telus in home service a couple months ago we were notified that the technician would ascertain if it were safe or not to enter the house first. He arrived in a mask and kept it on the whole time.
