@Bell_Support Is it policy to keep calling a customer and harassing them about adding stuff onto their package even after they say no they’re not interested? I’ve gotten a call every single day for the last week by you guys about it and each time I say no I’m not interested.

  • nosam4u Sam Singh (@nosam4u) reported

@Bell_Support finally got in touch with someone from Loyalty - rather than try to help me reduce my bill (promo's expired) the lady was offering me home phone for an additional $35.95. WDF? What kind of training do they get? Time to make the switch to another provider. SMH!

@NBACanada @Raptors @Bell Damn might be a Raptors fan just because of how lit that was. 😳

  • sumitbhutanigwl Sumit Bhutani (@sumitbhutanigwl) reported

@Bell_Support I switched from @Rogers to you last week and since then having network issues with my new iPhone. Tried customer support calls but no resolution. I will be moving to @Rogers back if I don’t get resolution in a week

  • pawandeeptaneja pawandeeptaneja (@pawandeeptaneja) reported

@Bell @Bell_Support I called support they said they don't know I went to store they said no idea when will they get it promotion time now after promotion I don't think I need phone I have two lines thinking switch to sasktel or Roger giving good deal

  • thedailyduff Fishbulb (@thedailyduff) reported

@Bell with the weekly ****** up service. Today the remote either goes to 0 or 100. Nothing in between. Fresh batteries. the great news, and I mean REALLY ******* GREAT news is that Bell is adept at apologizing. Providing reliable service? meh.. but they can say sorry with aplomb!

  • Ottawa367 Jessica James (@Ottawa367) reported

@Bell_Support We have had intermittent connection issues all day... We have verified that it is the hard wire not the wi-fi.... WTF (no offence) we pay a lot for fibe internet and this is just stupid!! (Ottawa)

  • The_IT_Nerd The IT Nerd (@The_IT_Nerd) reported

What I wasn't impressed by was the @Bell tech not setting up their phone properly. He declared it working because he could dial out. But nobody could phone them. And it took 36 hours and two phone calls to @Bell to fix that.

  • BMovieShelf Jeff (@BMovieShelf) reported

@Bell_Support It’s outright harassment at this point, and if it keeps up I’m going to cancel my account to go with another company that understands that no means no

  • The_IT_Nerd The IT Nerd (@The_IT_Nerd) reported

I was kind of expecting that as customer service with @Bell isn't their strong point. It's stuff like that that keeps me from pulling the trigger to switch to @Bell as they have a great product, but the implementation of that product is often questionable at best.
