@LaceyC3P0 @Bell Yea my tv internet and phone bill was over 300 a month and now it’s 150 with Tax exempt as well with @Bell. @Eastlink in Sydney had horrible connections.

On the phone with @bell wasn’t happy with my internet, So being old fashion I said I need a human to come to my house and fix it and not a magic wand, They gave me another wifi network over the phone, so basically they used their Wand over the phone and now works !👴🏽ThankUBell👴🏽

Serious question: why do some companies go out of their way to provide top-notch customer service while others think that providing abysmal CS will keep them in the game? The answer = monopoly. @JustinTrudeau, @CRTCeng... @Bell--you should be sued for your service.

@Bell your techs come for installs and treat our property like they wouldn’t treat theirs. They park where they are not supposed to then survey the property and leave every door they walk through open. Who would have been responsible if my dog got out? my door was closed.

@Bell_Support Order no BCGBVZMV techician never showed up and he lied in his note saying i did not want a late installation. I had already added a note with 5 follow up calls saying i am ready for how ever late he is. Really a bady day with first experience with Bell.

@Bell_Support @annafrankowicz I am also in Oakville without internet. Given that we are still in a form of lockdown from a global pandemic, my wife and I need internet to be able to work. This is not the time for a day long outage! Is there any ETA we can at least tell our employers?

@Bell_Support on July 2, I called in regards to my mothers account after 30 minutes & no resolution to a billing issue because the person wouldn’t listen. I was told no supervisor could talk & that I could not stay on hold, was told I would receive a call back, 6 days no calls
