Hey @Bell, perhaps lay off showing me all the iPhone 14 Pro ads while people here cannot connect to your network because you are not willing to put sufficient backup power on your sites three years after promising to do better after Dorian happened? #FionaFail #WeCanDoBetter

@Bell_Support over the last week I've experienced the worst customer service in MY LIFE with Bell. The HOURS of calls with your team over the last week should be used as training on what not to do for all customer service teams. Absolutely disastrous.

@Bell why am I still waiting to talk to a rep after 1 hour? Maybe I should just unplug all of your crap, get a new provider and not pay you anymore? You can't provide customer service. Your music SUCKS and has static to make us hang up. Step it up, for Pete's sake.

@Bell_Support they have buried one of your fiber cables now but left 100's of feet of the live cable on the surface of the land where it is a public danger and hazard. Fix it now. #canada #internet #mirkobibic

@Bell_Support ... I don't care what the circumstances are on your end, because that's not my job! So the 50 GB isn't going to cut it. I WON'T be paying for this month! And if I'm forced to, it'll be the last payment I make. This "service" - especially for phone! - is ATROCIOUS!.. 4/4
