On the phone with @bell wasn’t happy with my internet, So being old fashion I said I need a human to come to my house and fix it and not a magic wand, They gave me another wifi network over the phone, so basically they used their Wand over the phone and now works !👴🏽ThankUBell👴🏽

@LaceyC3P0 @Bell Yea my tv internet and phone bill was over 300 a month and now it’s 150 with Tax exempt as well with @Bell. @Eastlink in Sydney had horrible connections.

@Bell your customer service, while being slightly better than Eastlink, has been horrible. Paid for the Home Hub 3000 just to find out I never got it installed, and still being charged full price? It's been less than a month with the service and I'm already dissapointed.

@Bell Agent switches me off an account. Doesn't update email or name on the account. Was supposed to get a retention plan but I was Shoved into a high costing plan? k how about i just disconnect your service. lol Honestly trash. and I used to work for you guys which is sad.
