Their casual response while our patients wait is incredibly frustrating. This keeps happening. Elizabeth J Duncan (@ElizabethDuncan) reported@cityoftoronto what a ridiculous, outdated requirement that our pool cannot open because @Bell cannot sort the line needed for emergency landline telephone. Most people here wouldn’t know how to use a landline and in an emergency would use their mobile.
