Our service got disconnected for absolutely no reason, and our connection was "given away" to someone else per the technician. Not sure how this could ever happen as we were paying and upstanding customers with no disruption in billing or service. @Bell_Support

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell They don’t because there all in business together! Bell probably gave a bag of money to a person and it didn’t happen. And if you think **** like that don’t happen well that’s part of the problem too.

@pixels_mom @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell We pay Bell $280 a month for a bundle. Home phone, tv and internet. The only other option here in NB for internet is Rogers, and their internet sucks. We work from home and need a strong connection. That doesn't even include cell phones. Robbery, but what can I do?

Hey @Bell, you may want to revamp your sales training program. You're probably not going to expand your subscriptions - and may even lose some - when existing customers are abruptly hung up on after they politely express that they're not interested in an additional service.
