Thankfully I’m with Vidéotron now and they have support that have knowledge not asking an IT guy if his ******* monitor and computer are plugged in and on 🤦

A day later, Bell was calling me at least once a day for three weeks, bending over backwards to resolve my issue and get me back.

Ken Braithwaite (@DStrungk) reported@Bell_Support We have a Bell streamer. It died. Phone help told us to go to a store. The store in Ancaster was no help. They told us they would do nothing and told us to buy a Fire Stick. Which wouldn't work as we cast to the streamer. So we aren't getting what we paid for.

Tech said there was no reason they couldn't resolve it. Also let us know that all support is done from the Philippines & they're #1 goal is to get you off the line ASAP.
