@LaceyC3P0 @Bell Yea my tv internet and phone bill was over 300 a month and now it’s 150 with Tax exempt as well with @Bell. @Eastlink in Sydney had horrible connections.

On the phone with @bell wasn’t happy with my internet, So being old fashion I said I need a human to come to my house and fix it and not a magic wand, They gave me another wifi network over the phone, so basically they used their Wand over the phone and now works !👴🏽ThankUBell👴🏽

@Bell Has some of the best Internet if not the best in Canada but man @Bell_Support is actually the worst thing in the whole world. they need to hire competent employees and no robots who just read out of a manual, I shouldn’t be telling them how to troubleshoot my issue

It doesn’t appear, after decades of being with @bell for my cell phone service, that they’ll be willing to work with me on getting an upgrade while keeping my current plan so the hunt for a new provider is on. How is @Rogers service in the #Quinte area?
@bell Netflix issues for over one week (which you know about) and you don’t reach out to customers. But of course we have to keep paying for crappy service. Disgraceful and unacceptable. Time to switch to Rogers?
@Bell_Support I have been experiencing an outage since 7:30pm today. I was wondering if there are any updates on that being fixed. The only light on my modem is a yellow ‘i’. Or the first icon. I live in the Scarborough area.
NEVER GET A PHONE PLAN FROM @Bell. Terrible customer service and even when they’re at fault they won’t do anything to help you out and try to get more money out of you. Switched to them one month ago and now we’re back with @Rogers
@Bell_Support Honestly, I don't want to watch it on my phone or laptop. Please fix asap so I don't have to cancel @netflix.
