After multiple conversations and repeated assurances, I’m now being told it’s only partially cancelled. This is unbelievably frustrating. I genuinely don’t understand how a simple cancellation can be this difficult. Signing up took 5 minutes; cancelling has taken 24 hours and still isn’t resolved. Do better, @Bell. #BellCanada #CustomerServiceFail

I have an auto credit applied to my account that keeps getting randomly deactivated every month, and I have to call again and again to get it fixed. † Data Babe (@alentyler) reported@Highteaspeaks @Bell If you have a Costco membership card , you can check out any Fido or Roger’s stand in Costco. Most times they offer good deals. I was able to cut mine down from around 85 or so to 40$ tax included.
