Hey @Bell #letstalk about how useless your customer service reps are. A month ago, I was offered $10 off each line by a representative, it didn’t get applied, now when I call about it, your reps are telling me I need to increase my bill $20 a month to get $10 off. What the hell

@JcqMit @Bell_Support I'm in Peterborough and my service is also out. Tv service started working again around 6:30 but that lasted less than an hour. Can't get through to tech support by phone. Pretty ****** service @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support Some help......on hold 45 minutes and promptly disconnected at 630 pm sharp! It's not just TV! But hey you don't respond to customers in any form.
