    Hey @Bell #letstalk about how useless your customer service reps are. A month ago, I was offered $10 off each line by a representative, it didn’t get applied, now when I call about it, your reps are telling me I need to increase my bill $20 a month to get $10 off. What the hell

    @Bell your cell service outside of the city has been so terrible the last month or so. I work in a small town usually have no issues with Spotify or audible but the last month or 2 so terrible. Even sometimes in city so slow.

    @Bell I need the complaint to reach the home network. They’re spamming the same episodes. We need Canadian shows. It’s nothing but repeats.

    @Bell I canceled my service with you since December of last year. I called multiple times and messaged as well, everytime I was assured for refund of $7.33, but even after 7 months I don’t have it. I am going to file a CCTS complaint soon if you send me my $

    @Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well it’s working now so what’s the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.
