    @Bell your cell service outside of the city has been so terrible the last month or so. I work in a small town usually have no issues with Spotify or audible but the last month or 2 so terrible. Even sometimes in city so slow.

    Hey @Bell #letstalk about how useless your customer service reps are. A month ago, I was offered $10 off each line by a representative, it didn’t get applied, now when I call about it, your reps are telling me I need to increase my bill $20 a month to get $10 off. What the hell

    Here we go YET AGAIN Hello @Bell_Support You guys have the WRONG CNBC channel your network CNBC has two channels: the regular national CNBC channel and CNBC World Tell your control centre to change it back to the national CNBC channel which is on 24/7 on Bell Why does this happen every six months with you guys???

    @Bell_Support . Our internet is down and my roommate cannot schedule a technician to come fix it because he’s not authorized on the account. I’m overseas l, do not have working phone so I cannot phone you. I’ve tried the chat 5x and it’s not working. How can I add him?

    @bell your cell service has a massive massive dead zone in a highly populated area. Your service goes to the circle with line thru it. Then says I have a voice mail. Does this for about a 10km circle. This is 2026. Absolute dog ****
