Hey @Bell #letstalk about how useless your customer service reps are. A month ago, I was offered $10 off each line by a representative, it didn’t get applied, now when I call about it, your reps are telling me I need to increase my bill $20 a month to get $10 off. What the hell

@Bell_Support Sorry but I am not dealing with this anymore today. Wasted my afternoon with this. Took 3 chats and 4 calls to get an explanation as to why the tech did not show up. One thing I can say is that if the appt is rescheduled then at the minimum, the customer should be advised.

@littlemissperky @Rogers @Bell God Bless Rogers - My Work day started at 9PM to down Internet. Still sitting here twiddling my thumbs and the only response I get is - Yeah your neighborhood is currently down with ETA on when services will be restored. Seems like its time to make the Switch to Bell.

@WillyMumbles @Rogers 💯. I canceled my cellular services with them years ago over these arbitrary overcharges. @Bell never does this. My internet is the last service I have with them and that too will be gone very soon, since Bell Fibe is fully in my area.

3) We were then without internet which took 24 hours and an hour of being on hold to fix. Set up another appointment and they were to come today and have everything done and we were told it would only take an hour. I call to confirm and I’m told someone will be there b4 5. @Bell

I was assaulted @Bell & management did nothing just looked the other way. The abuse never stopped it just changed forms from Bells own Disability Mangement @Bell to lawyers while I been in & out of hospitals. Bell has been fighting me while sick for 12 yrs now #MeToo @Bell

@Bell technician supposed to be here today Nov 20 between 12 to 5pm. Now appointment says the 22nd ???? What is happening? Customer service just want to make me believe the 20th never happened even if I have an email and text msg confirming same. Not happy at all!
