I left Virgin after countless service disruptions, poor coverage, excessive billing, and just an overall terrible experience. I’m happy with my FIBE TV and Internet through Bell. I’m sure I’ll be equally happy with Bell Mobility.

I’m in Guelph and online searches say there’s no service disruption. Reboot done twice. Didn’t do anything. Just a black screen and no menu functions. (Still better than Rogers!)

Maybe if your people weren’t penalized for fixing issues that don’t go in your favour you might have fewer people leaving

We barely get 8.5... wifi barely reaches out if the room where my modem is. Put boosters in, still absolutely crap speed. Very unimpressed
