@Bell_Support What’s going on with Fibe TV? I pause a race for 10-15 seconds and when I go to press play, it jumps back to yesterday morning. WTF??? It’s been a comedy of errors for a few days now. Resetting the box didn’t help.

Shaun (@shaun_holst) reported from Guelph/Eramosa, Ontario
@Bell your cell service outside of the city has been so terrible the last month or so. I work in a small town usually have no issues with Spotify or audible but the last month or 2 so terrible. Even sometimes in city so slow.

@JudithAMcGrath1 @ChrisDPOMAY @Bell_Support It’s 9:23am on Wednesday and our Bell Fibe just went down too. Probably just a temporary glitch. Systems are rebooting everywhere. Hiccups like this are bound to occur for hours or even days afterward. Patience, grasshopper. Patience!

@Bell wow - over two hours on the phone, switched between 5 people because no one wants to fix a billing mistake - brutal customer service (or lack thereof). Maybe if your people weren’t penalized for fixing issues that don’t go in your favour you might have fewer people leaving

@Bell_Support Is it possible to unsubscribe from the Emergency Alert Service? I can read the visual notice. But that damn screeching beeping noise blasting through Bluetooth in my car at maximum volume. Doesn’t matter what my volume is set to. Alert=deafness. Opt out, please?

@Bell_Support Good morning Bell, I lost my FIBE TV service this morning around 6:15am EST. I’m in Guelph and online searches say there’s no service disruption. Reboot done twice. Didn’t do anything. Just a black screen and no menu functions. (Still better than Rogers!)

James Rutkay (@JamesRutkay) reported from Guelph, Ontario
@Bell Hi Bell. I’m your newest mobile customer. I left Virgin after countless service disruptions, poor coverage, excessive billing, and just an overall terrible experience. I’m happy with my FIBE TV and Internet through Bell. I’m sure I’ll be equally happy with Bell Mobility.

While we’re at it, why don’t we get @Bell_Support in on this one too. Maybe someone can get their damn story straight before I request a copy of the call and go to the CRTC to drag it out of you.
-

Hey @Bell #letstalk about how useless your customer service reps are. A month ago, I was offered $10 off each line by a representative, it didn’t get applied, now when I call about it, your reps are telling me I need to increase my bill $20 a month to get $10 off. What the hell

Dear @Bell this will be a thread 🧵 1/Our new relationship is off to a very bumpy start. First I get a defective Giga hub (no biggie it happens), but then was told I’d get an email confirming a new install. Never got the email and the tech showed up today, while I was at work.

Brad2304 (@Brad23041) reported
@Bell internet network out since 8 am today. Website says service reinstated by 5 pm. Just called service line and am being told service won’t resume before noon tomorrow. Perhaps try updating your website. Oh, and I look forward to receiving a rebate on my next bill.

Hey @Bell 24 hour long internet outages are bad enough! You think you would have the decency to actually update your online service outage information and keep your customers informed. It’s been almost 12 hours since your last online update. Do better!!!!

HALOCANADIAN (@thexhaloking) reported
@Bell It's 2025 WTF have you been doing!? All of Canada should be connected to fiber by now... **** your slow and expensive service, I hope Canadians will wake up and buy Starlink instead.
-
Jerry Rade (@cdnironhead) reported
@Bell Not a problem. Starlink is faster, cheaper, and more dependable than any of the "Canadian" internet providers. Sure hope they come out with a Starlink phone soon.
-
Bored Ape Knot Club (@JenkemSuperfan) reported
@Bell Bell is the least likely company to actually utilize the funding. Bell was contracted to lay fibre for our local MNR building along our road. Nobody at Bell thought to extend residential service here at the same time, they stuck with fixed wireless. Now everyone is on Starlink.

@InfoAgeSovern @Bell Foreign telecom players should be licensed in Canada to drive down telecom prices.

-
🇨🇦Matthew Dunn🇨🇦 (@The905Guy) reported
@Bell They should overturn it the moment the top three start selling their network to minor players at a fair market value so they can resell it to consumers and create a fair competition. Much like how it’s done in the states.
