Finally able to get @Bell Fibe in our area! Already canceled the worst service we've ever with @cogeco ...so excited to get great service again!!

  • Reggie_LF Jerwilldun 🍁 (@Reggie_LF) reported

@Bell why is your mobility service getting worse by the month? I used to have the best cell-service anywhere I went. Now it’s one bar at best, unless I’m in a city.

  • suebeekaz Sue Kazimer (@suebeekaz) reported

@Bell_Support I have been a long time Bell customer with phones and internet and TV. I just feel I should be afforded the attention it takes to get what I am paying for.

  • Aiure_ 𝘼𝙞𝙪𝙧𝙚 (@Aiure_) reported

@michaelalfox @Bell_Support As someone that used to work as an outsourced Bell rep, I can confirm that their customer service is terrible. Even dealing with it internally was an agonizing process.

  • JuliaHDoom BigGayJulia (@JuliaHDoom) reported

@michaelalfox @Bell_Support Ask not for whom the bell tolls, for it doesn’t toll for thee cause the bell is ******* off and doing whatever they want apparently. @Bell_Support fix your **** and stop annoying my Malfy Boy

  • softspoknman nene (@softspoknman) reported

@Bell Bell offer 109/mo for 2 years to a new customer living on same condo I live. I’ve been with bell for the last 5 years and I pay 180/mo. $70/mo less than me, 840/yr less than me. I spoke a rep, there’s nothing for me. That’s how @Bell_Support treat loyal customer. FYI

  • Luvs_Kitties Tiffany F (@Luvs_Kitties) reported

@Bell_Support @mediatommy Such a crappy canned response. You and all the other providers need to fix this ****.

  • NiravSa61106209 Nirav Savaliya (@NiravSa61106209) reported

@Bell @Bell_Support Placed an order for Gigabit Fibe 1.5 home internet on Sep 4,2022 and after 3 days on Sep 7,2022 it’s automatically cancelled. This is how @Bell works with their customers and without taking customer authorization directly cancel their order!! Cheers to Bell!!!

@Bell 7 MBS is the fastest service you offer in Campbellton, NB??

  • MikeMacHitchman Michael G. Hitchman (@MikeMacHitchman) reported

@Bell please do a speed test, I went with a fiber optic backbone. It should be operational and has 1.7 million threads meaning that unless we build another independent network(not advised by me), we have 1.7 lines of fiber optics that boost the signals across the network and...
