@Bell_Support We have 4 cell phones with you; 3 with contracts ending in May. If we cancel now to switch to competitors, what's our obligation to Bell?

@Bell_Support Help before there’s a mutiny! I ordered four mobile plans on Dec 2. I’ve been routed to Tracking, Warehouse, and Support in Toronto, Carribean, Phillipines, Windsor. Hours on the phone. Seriously, Bell. Do you care?

@Bell You F*king pieces of **** are disgusting. Your sales reps push & push the smart care phone plan! “You don’t want to pay over a $1000 for a new device if it’s broken” and increase the monthly rate during the 24 month term!!!!! #*******

@Bell wow - over two hours on the phone, switched between 5 people because no one wants to fix a billing mistake - brutal customer service (or lack thereof). Maybe if your people weren’t penalized for fixing issues that don’t go in your favour you might have fewer people leaving

@TheCandyShow @Bell_Support I hear you! I have also had very poor service with @bellcanada recently. I made my complaints loud and clear and was able to get a slightly reduced rate as a result. I would encourage you and anyone else with the same experience to do the same. Hope your phones arrive soon.

@Bell_Support Wanna just buy Cogeco instead of buying out contracts? At least your internet doesn’t go down 24/7. Tell your bosses to PLEASE buy Cogeco so I don’t lose out on YourTV Niagara.
