  • VitaPendente Smiles (@VitaPendente) reported

    @Bell_Support why would your Call Center cut calls off at 21:00 p.m., when the slow down is the IVR menu and hold queue your system forces callers to wade through!? So rude.

  • bvalderrama Bryan Valderrama (@bvalderrama) reported

    @jessedriftwood1 @Bell_Support Been there done that, I’ve had 6 technicians at my house and can’t fix the problem. Like you, they’ve said that the box where the internet comes from is old and possibly damaged but Bell won’t do anything about it.

  • phorne96 Flaprick (@phorne96) reported

    @jessedriftwood1 @Bell I call this “bureaucratic incompetence.” Where an org has gotten so large, and responsibility so diffused, if something happens outside the normal operations of the org literally no one in the org has the capacity to fix it.

  • AskMP Matthew Potter (@AskMP) reported

    @Rogers cell network has been so bad at my new place, I'm needing to enable WiFi calling so @Bell can pick up the slack. Let's hope I don't get more dropped calls. #noservice

  • dwnebrwn Dwn Brwn (@dwnebrwn) reported

    The retention person I just spoke to @Bell just said she knows the services are expensive but I’m paying for the service... going to be honest have only received bare minimum service from bell. Off to @Fidomobile I go!

  • cryptoblap Cryptoblap (@cryptoblap) reported

    @BitBitCrypto @Bell **** Trudeau!

  • hans4798 DylV (@hans4798) reported

    @ZachTheRed3 @TorontoFC @Bell I'm hoping for that too but I have a bad feeling the money is going to Dom Dwyer since he's training with TFC incognito.

  • patrickdhart Patrick Hart (@patrickdhart) reported

    @jessedriftwood1 @Bell I’m more shocked that you paid $135/month for two years with garbage internet. Was Bell your only option?

  • anchorshipwreck Michael Tooley (@anchorshipwreck) reported

    @jessedriftwood1 @Bell That sucks. A friend talked me into google mesh and it was a game-changer. Doesn't help if your isp is garbage though.

  • JeandeDieuU Jean de Dieu (@JeandeDieuU) reported

    @Bell your network is just 😴😴😴
