  • louispavlakos Louis (@louispavlakos) reported

The police brought her to my house and explained what happened. Realizing we needed the phone up and running asap to prevent this from happening again, we called @Bell. The worst decision we could have ever made.

  • shaunthemon Retired Dirt Co🅿️ (@shaunthemon) reported

@Bell thank you for cutting my internet off without any warning, and telling me you can't fix it for 24hours, even though there's a technician at my place currently installing a service upstairs. If I worked from home this would be a big issue, oh wait I am working at home.

  • ayinajay2946 Allan Roopnarine (@ayinajay2946) reported

@Bell @Bell_Support called to add another cellular line and home internet, agent kept talking over me, putting me on hold, and wouldn't transfer me to someone else, so I hung up. That agent then blacklisted my phone, no service no data. EZ53710 Joenel. Extremely unprofessional.

@moorman_neph @Bell_Support “Your phone has stopped receiving text messages” - isn’t that traditionally more of a Rogers problem?

  • TechWilt Wilt Tech (@TechWilt) reported

@Bell_Support internet in Brampton is extremely spotty. Any known issue?

  • gnanaskandhank Gnanas Kandhan K (@gnanaskandhank) reported

@Bell_Support such a frustrating service? 2 months of worst connectivity so cancelled the account after back and forth, received a call from loyalty dept asking to stop cancellation offering modem upgrade at a discount. 1/2

  • gnanaskandhank Gnanas Kandhan K (@gnanaskandhank) reported

@Bell_Support Accepted offer and cancelled new order/returned modem from other provider.Called bell after 5 days only to hear that modem upgrade order did not go through due to technical glitch. How were you able to stop my account cancellation, no technical issues with that? 2/2

  • DSauval Danny SAUVAL (@DSauval) reported

@Bell not better than Rogers, one of your technicians disconnected my internet while installing for a neighbour. He told me he would fixed it, but disappeared. I called technical support, and it is impossible for them to know who did the installation. How can that be ?

  • louispavlakos Louis (@louispavlakos) reported

if y'all ever needed a reason to never sign up for anything @Bell-related, here's a big one: My grandma, who lives in a retirement home and has Alzheimer's, needed her Greek TV channels (she only speaks Greek) and a phone line to be able to reach my dad 1/?
