    @Bell my channel guide is off by an hour on both of my 9400 receivers. Only a one hour wait for on phone tech support. Is this system problem? The soft reboot didn’t help.

    One of the pathetic service is Bell @Bell My internet is not working for 4 days and they don’t care except transferring my call. Every time, I need to validate myself and they don’t share notes when transferring like what is the issue why customer has called. #poorcustomerservice

    @Bell I just spent an entire day waiting for your service workers to come and fix my fiber line to the house. Ive been 2 days without internet now. Your workers were scheduled to come repair the line between 12 and 5. They arrived just after 10:30 with no call as I was driving.

    @ConnorAndrews @Sportsnet @Bell Me too. I even got an email from my Sportsnet as I signed in with a new device, and even that email says I'm within Alberta. Bit Sportsnet won't fix it. What a joke. I'm now hotspotting from my phone to watch, hopefully I don't run out of bandwidth.

    @Bell is the worst. Installer came Wednesday but didn’t install because the cables weren’t run to our house. Nobody ever called to confirm next appt. We had to call, were told a manager would call. It’s now Friday no call. @Rogers may keep us if Bell ignores us.
