All the responses from their call center in the Philippines are also heavily scripted. You pay a premium for the service, and they outsource the support to the cheapest customer service they can find. Says a lot.

There are so many areas where there is no service at all, or while driving north, even to Espanola or Elliot Lake, calls drop consistently!

Heโs saying another week to fix it and you have today at 10pm - thatโs after saying Sunday at 10, Monday it was fixed, yesterday expected to be fixed in 3hrs or today by 10pm. Youโre all liars.
