Unless you can give me a 24hr line where I can cancel my service, you are of no use to me. A complaint with the better business bureau of Canada has already been filed.

It is bewildering that people have just got used to these prices. Cell phone companies do not even allow carry forward of unused data to next billing cycle even though customer has already paid for it.

But now those higher speeds are vital and I'm not getting them, though my bill is much higher. Canadians need better Internet prices and service all around.

I used to like 3rd party resellers because of the prices until they oversold their bandwidth and my speeds dropped and were all over the place. Tech support sucks too. I pay more now but its stable at least
