    Watching the #BlueJays game on a chrome book. @Bell Fibe is down and looking at a website it looks like it is down all over Ontario (I've seen Ottawa, Collingwood Toronto, Mississauga etc.,) and even saw a report from Quebec. Atleast the internet is working ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿคž๐Ÿคž

    @M_Nichol @Bell_Support @Bell Matt Join the club!: I spent 7 hr on the phone w bell over 2 days as my Internet was down for 4 days & they also charged me $650 while I was away, even though my Internet was supposed to be disconnected for the whole 6 monthsโ€ฆ day 5 - no manager call back yet on this๐Ÿ˜  #Bell๐Ÿ‘Ž

    Make a note how surprised I am the technician made everything worse because they were determined to switch me to fibre optics which I didnโ€™t want then was unable to finish due to some problem but another tech is coming in a few days. Thanks for nothing @Bell_Support

    Trying to switch from Rogers to Bell for internet and somehow Bell keeps dropping the ball. It's as if they don't want new customers. @Bell it should not take 3 appts and counting to figure out what is needed for my installation. Terrible first impression.

    My favourite line working with @Bell_Support when I asked them to try calling my phone line when it suddenly went down. โ€œWe cannot call out by phone.โ€ The phone company said (wrote) that to me. They cannot call out by phone.

    @Coffee4Life365 @Rogers @Bell Yeah. Telus are stupid that way. I use to work for Telus in BC. AST is the total solution even in airplanes. But dtarlink was lol he good for laptops and stuff in the air.

    1/2 Hi @Bell_Support! I would like to commend Mr. Euly from Loyalty Department +1 (866) 301-1942, for shedding me some light on our Bell Service. He has showed good customer service and did way way better than the previous customer representative I have spoke to.

    On our bill as being โ€œnot returnedโ€ and every month my mother has to call in and get the charges taken off, and surprise surprise every single month that charge is put back ON the bill! @Bell your customer service is abhorrent

    Nope. Tech didnโ€™t understand problem and he canโ€™t divert from his service ticket. Internet wonโ€™t be fixed (tho still being billed). @Bell_Support

    @Bell Why is my 83yr old mom paying $81/month for 20GB on a paid-off iPhone 13 with no bundle/extras? Loyal customer for years. Why are long-time customers, esp seniors, left on outdated plans while newer customers get better pricing? Youโ€™re abusing loyalty. @cbcgopublic

    Rogers is tremendously expensive! So is @Bell. Frankly, my calls throughout Northern Ontario are spotty at best, and often drop with both. There are so many areas where there is no service at all, or while driving north, even to Espanola or Elliot Lake, calls drop consistently!

    @TruthFringe @BlueJays @Bell Thing is Primus is actually owned by Bell so a Bell Tech came to do the switch from Bell to Primus. When the CRTC ordered Bell to offer wholesale access to the existing fibre network, Bell just started buying up smaller ISPs.
