I find out that @chaptersindigo hasn’t delivered an e-gift card I paid for and they said they had sent, but just as I’m trying to contact customer service my @Bell home service abruptly craps out. I keep telling her what’s the point if it’s below par service! I’d rather pay for decent wifi!

Netflix used to be available on BELL fibe and now it no longer is. It’s not an “account issue” I have a Samsung smart tv luckily it has a separate app for Netflix, figured it out

Half the time Netflix and Amazon and other steaming services freeze or take forever to load? Bell continually tells us their modem isn’t strong enough for our house 🤔

We’ve had sporadic internet connection all day today and I’ve already restarted the modem a dozen times throughout the day and am now having to do the same (system reboot) with the cable 2 times in less than 5 minutes already 😡😡😡
