@Bell_Support That’s unfortunate as I just switched the Bell and the service provider I was with had a separate customer service department so the wait times were short.

@Bell @Bell_Support I’ve been a customer for a long time, but I’ve been incredibly frustrated with your service lately. You call me EVERYDAY to try and upsell me, so much I had to call today to be taken off the “call list” just to have my call dropped! Need better service ASAP

I was told 12 times, even after #CRTC and #CCTS responded and in my favor, OUR POSITION REMAINS UNCHANGED, and my account features were not restored. THEN, I ported out, not willing to continue to pay for a contract not honoured. I spoke with lawyers about it

And I'm still trying to get the credit hits removed when impersonators tried to open accounts at @Bell and @TELUS after 7 months! @equifaxcanada has been no help even when I purchased their $19.99/mo "protection" plan. There is no protection for #identityfraud victims in Canada
