    @Bell_Support As low as my expectations were going into it, it still baffled me at how bad it was at assisting. It would not register my requests, suggests completely different solutions as to what was needed or tried to get me to upgrade my plan.

    @Bell_Support We have a Bell streamer. It died. Phone help told us to go to a store. The store in Ancaster was no help. They told us they would do nothing and told us to buy a Fire Stick. Which wouldn't work as we cast to the streamer. So we aren't getting what we paid for.

    @D0wnt0wnBrown @Bell_Support Yea ive had the same issue here too it never "detects" anything hell our router/internet has been cutting in and out nonstop for the past 2 days
