👋 I cancelled @Bell years ago because the customer support and overpriced internet, I guess nothing has changed since, on hold 4.5hrs trying to fix this, my @ATT can you come to Canada?

@Bell_Support I think I'm on a first name basis with the people at tech support. Wish you'd upgrade the service in my my area of Orillia, Ontario. Most of the city gets much better service than I do.

Already 30 days waiting for the new devices I bought from @Bell with a 2-year plan renewal. At the renewal, I was told it would take 5 business days. Already contacted the call center 3x and no one can solve the problem. That was the last time @Bell, zero respect for customers!

@Bell really frustrating when your neighbor's and other family members in their households are paying less than you for equivalent services. You refuse to re apply promos. Think I'll cancel if my monthly bill cannot be lowered....
