Love when @Bell's customer service tells you that you are wrong, you have internet in your unit when you clearly haven't in eight hours. Then he hangs up on you. Someone missed their coffee this morning.

My internet with @Bell_Support is not working. Customer support says: sorry, we cannot fix it online. However, if you are a bell mobility customer, we will provide you with free data; otherwise, we don't have an option. @Bell_Support Are you trying to monopolize here?
