Hey @Bell the Indian scammers are at it again and claiming that you are the only internet provider and that everyone else uses your service, also that their network security has been uninstalled and it violates your TOS you might want to send a email out to your clients

Closing down an account with @Bell. Spoke to three different reps to dot my i's and cross my t's, all three told me that the final cost to close would be $390 - the remaining cost of the phone. Today, got a bill of $800 and berated by a rep saying I was clearly wrong. Yikes.

.@Bell Why are you charging customers for a Crave mobile account when they don't respond to a phone call? There was no consent provided to add this service. How many other customers are you scamming? @CRTCeng @OpenMediaOrg
