  • mhharvey Martin Harvey 🇨🇦 (@mhharvey) reported

@Bell Okay however, there's a much bigger issue here including unsolicited callers, often sounding like from the 3rd world, hijacking local numbers on our NPA/NNX. The phone network has been hacked.

  • JoshSilverman5 Josh Silverman (@JoshSilverman5) reported

March madness has started … unfortunately if you live in Canada @Rogers and @Bell aren’t showing the first four. Hmmmm sounds like we need better service providers… just a thought #frustration

  • meganrancher Meg Ranch (@meganrancher) reported

@Bell @Bell_Support can you confirm if there are issues with your internet? My work provides me with a mifi device and I have had “no service” all day, tried turning off & factory resetting with no luck. The schools are on March break so I cannot get my IT department to help.

  • flamesprite Christine Hogenkamp (@flamesprite) reported

Hey @Bell I love how the "complementary" speed upgrade for my internet was just a delayed excuse to increase my bill, now paying an extra $5 for no reason. And by "love" I mean I hate it, thanks! :P so much for rewarding customer loyalty!

  • Hakai84492980 Hakai (@Hakai84492980) reported

@FACTSandDATA100 @Bell Agreed i have same issue, fsct is bell sucks and refuses to fix the situation. In fact will make u pay cause u need a new modem cause the one they gave you was trash. And than still experience same issue. They are scam artist and frauds

  • SWF6 SWF (@SWF6) reported

@Bell_Support How do I fix my phone connection?

  • stevemalka steve malka (@stevemalka) reported

@Bell_Support fibre internet and phone down. Is there an outage in Woodbridge/Vaughan?

  • tyron94 Ron (@tyron94) reported

@lapatina_ That’s amazing.. in Canada @Bell wasn’t able to allow us to do a hardware upgrade to our phone and keep the same number unless we were ok to go without a phone for 10 days (and still pay for service). I guess Ukraine has much more advanced technology than even here!!

  • HereInOntario Tim (@HereInOntario) reported

@Bell From the company that charged a "touch tone service fee" decades after rotary phones were obsolete. Not that I hold a grudge...
