@Bell_Support @Bell The Internet in Claremont/Pickering is horrible . I called and they say it’s an ongoing issue with the tower. I don’t have “bell Fibe” tv/internet you don’t offer it in my area. Only a 50mb download speed service and it’s giving 1mb of speed or less. I can’t run my business .

@Bell_Support How about you fix the issue in Claremont/Pickering area . I don’t get fibe u don’t offer . I get 50mb option and it’s giving 1mb of speed. Your techs say it’s a tower issue for days now. Can you maybe fix this as well for customers to you don’t even offer fibe too. #loosingbell

@Bell_Support SO you take money away from customers for a Bandwidth that they can't get, b/c you don't give them the Hardware to get what they are paying you for? AKA 1.5+ GB service with a Hub 3000 that has Capped 1GB ethernet ports. Isn't that why you made the Hub 4000 with the 10GB port 1/2
