@seburnt @Bell I have to email over a signed document to cancel my insurance, then, confirm my identity to a different email address..... Or email the bank and tell them to block transactions coming in from my car insurers.

The fact that I have to --call-- a 'Retentions Team' in order to cancel or restart TV service instead of just doing so through one button on their website... in 2022... is ridiculous. @bell

@Bell Not only is the costumer service the worst I’ve ever experienced, but the network is actually less usable that your competitors. Your MTU is capped and your underground cables are 20+ years old. Piss poor network and misleading advertisements
