@SteveThePylon @Bell No surprise. Fido is part of the Rogers network. Bell shares much of their network with TELUS (I say this because Bell claims to have more coverage than TELUS).

@Bell Was offered this on Nov 22. Because employee didn’t set up account properly they are saying now not eligible. On phone with @bell_support numerous times HORRIBLE!!! Give me what your offered!! FYI Conversation of offer recorded. Next stop CRTC. And I though @rogers was bad 🤬🤬

@Bell_Support Our business internet is down since this afternoon and end up calling 3 times because Bell hung up calls in middle with no solution. Still down, everytime has to provide all the details again even after ticket number.Get my internet backup please..

@Bell hey Bell I didn't know that you were in the business of scamming the elderly. Our elderly parents paid for Fibe 50 fibre service but your technician only installed a copper service that gave them less than 2mbps. They're not tech savvy and thought their service was jus slow
