@Bell so your company is both disorganized and most assuredly dishonest. No internet service since yesterday - Modem fried from lightning. We will be there between 8 AM and noon but you weren’t!

Trying to REPLY to a time sensitive email sent by my psychologist. @Bell has kicked back my reply 3x now saying it doesn't trust the sender. HE EMAILED ME FIRST. This is a major problem, and poor form. Reason 5932 why I left Bell years ago.

@Bell someone just called me offering me a discount on my bill. Then she asked me for account info. The whole thing smelled bad. I hung up. Is this a real thing? She said it was "special" because lots of people were complaining about the high cost of your service. Is it real?
