    @jgreenlee_mtg @daniel_foch @Bell haha. I was going to say going into the Source is apparently the fastest way to get minor issues fixed with Bell (from a Bell employee). Sounds like it might be a bigger issue though. Just tell them you're doing the trouble shooting, and then they'll be like "we'll send a tech"

    @immanueluyTO @Bell Problem is my internet is completely off lol, I’ve been trying to schedule a tech since 9pm last night in prep for school today, anticipating it would take me about 6 hours. And here we are. Had to relocate to do online school for my daughter. Lol

    @myonlyattempt @Bell It’s actually hilarious because the last time I had this issue with Bell I solved it in online chat so there was a paper trail, yet here we are. I was bullish on online chat til then lol
