@Bell_Support y’all need to fix your issues before canvassing for new customers. I live in rural Ancaster and our internet has been off and on since September 18. You tell us the tower needs repair??? Fix it before signing other up. You people are a joke

@Patrick_wLiddle @Bell_Support Ours went out, again, at 5:45 pm. Have had problems with no or limited internet since Sat. 6:15 am. Rebooting the modem, as per phone support, has had little to no effect. System problem? Had to cancel my online class tonight. Loss of income.

@Bell_Support Hi need tech support. One of my boxes is not working, have unplugged and rebooted, there is no connection to the box and no lights are on the box. I think it’s fried and need a new one. All other tv boxes in the house are working fine.

@Bell_Support Hi, I have sent the account number by DM. Please let us know if you can help. Today the riser team was supposed to come fix the issue, but we have not heard from the riser team yet. Most likely we wont. A/C No: 281728161
