  • ajmas André-John Mas (@ajmas) reported

@Bell who do I have to contact for fibre to the unit? Located in Mile-End Montreal and there is definitely fibre to neighbouring buildings. Hard to get online support to be useful.

  • kowalsk11 Steph Berlett (@kowalsk11) reported

@AmaraFarmServ @Bell I feel this. I lose count of how many of my calls fail with them everyday. What a joke. But don’t worry a rep is going to tweet you to DM them and they will solve Zero of your problems 👍👍 #customerdisservice

  • hapanenkapanen mags (@hapanenkapanen) reported

    Hey @bell your service sucks

  • Ryan_LR Ryan Robinson (@Ryan_LR) reported

Hey @Bell how do I once again report the two lines laying in my backyard? I found a chat last year to report them, then never heard back, and this year I can't find the chat again. I tried the 24/7 number on the site. After navigating several options it said you were closed.

@AmaraFarmServ @Bell But when the scammers call not an issue 🙄

@Bell_Support Its 2022, and your service is still crap. Reception is constantly breaking up on all channels. I can’t believe that you are not aware of your sub-standard service. And I don’t want to sit “on hold” for an hour like I did this morning before giving up.

@Bell_Support I was with you guys for more than 10 years but because you are expensive i've cancelled my account and i'm never going back with you:) So many other good companies who dont over charge people.

  • JuulAidJammer hobo jo (@JuulAidJammer) reported

@Bell how can you seriously charge $20 per each month requested to send a copy of bill statements if you are no longer a Bell customer

  • chadatola Chad (@chadatola) reported

@Bell how do one get in contact with a senior supervisor. It’s hard to resolve an issue when your level one or two can not comprehend and talk over you. Very frustrating dealing with incompetent matchbook degree scholars

@blueprintbrian @Bell Just ranted about this very thing yesterday. Trying to cancel an Xfinity account and it’s been maddening. You can’t cancel an internet account over the …wait for it … the internet.
