Last month I was expecting a bill of like $90, then boom — they send me $260, with over $80 just labeled as “others”. I’ve never left Canada, never made international calls, nothing. When I called, it was just automated nonsense.

I recently switched to @Bell and I have never had worse wireless coverage in my life. Major metropolitan cities with next to no service. See attached screen shot as I sit in North Vancouver along the waterfront. I’m likely to switch back shortly.

After explaining why I cancelled my service, Randy the manager asked me if I wanted a Bell router. Now he’s told me he’s the highest person I can speak to. Leo (@Leo71106092) reported@Bell_Support @Bell @Bell_Support lies again. Service repair for a telephone cable issue is now expected to be fixed by May 19th at 10 pm. That puts it at 10 days for 94 yr old who relies on her home phone for communication as well as safety with a life alert system.

I spent 10 minutes just waiting on hold, another 5 mins explaining my problem then to be told I have the wrong number.
