@LaceyC3P0 @Bell Yea my tv internet and phone bill was over 300 a month and now it’s 150 with Tax exempt as well with @Bell. @Eastlink in Sydney had horrible connections.

On the phone with @bell wasn’t happy with my internet, So being old fashion I said I need a human to come to my house and fix it and not a magic wand, They gave me another wifi network over the phone, so basically they used their Wand over the phone and now works !👴🏽ThankUBell👴🏽

I love how I have to argue with @Bell once a month to get anything done properly. Between getting transferred between departments to any employee actually have the right information. Managers would sooner pay you off than deal with any issues.

And are currently working on a 5th time. Don't advertise 1GB speeds if you can only provide 350 with latency spikes. And @Bell you're not better. You both have a monopoly in Canada on internet and say **** u to your customers because of it, cause where are we gunna go?

@Bell_Support I upgraded modems last week (Jan 11)... and now my internet constantly gets disconnected. Error 1202 No HSI Configured. 8 calls to tech support has done nothing!

@Chris13370 @Bell Bell is the worst inept company in the world I took my services to Shaw because of this Now they are coming after me for a piece of equipment their contractor took in Aug of 2020.They assured me Sept 22 Oct 22 Nov 22 & Jan 23 that this issue was taken care of Liars. Inept liars
