@Bell_Support being told by your support exec that Wi-Fi pods are meant to connect to router via wifi only and not over Ethernet. Either your support executive is naive or not properly educated on Wi-Fi pod devices. FYI, one of my wifi pod is connected to router over Ethernet

Why is it that when @bell screws up it's the customer who has to do the work to fix it? Do they offer any compensation for the hassle and extra work? Of course not.

Called Bell Mobility customer support today to add my partner to my phone plan… but the customer support kept referring to my partner as she/her/girlfriend even though I specifically kept saying he/his/husband 🙃time for some diversity training @Bell_Support

@Bell @Bell_Support forcing customers off copper wire to upgrade to current Fibe internet. Copper wire is only reliable option during a power outage. Home phone, 911 & medical monitoring/home security won't work unless you purchase a backup battery. $ is the only reason for this

My beef with @Bell_Support .. I lost internet and TV this past Thursday I called for support was told that my area is being upgraded to Fibre and that copper was being phased out and that they can't send a tech to me unless I upgrade.
