@Bell_Support So 2 full weeks without internet and tv. Five service calls. Escalated 4 times. It takes 2 weeks to fix some wires? Been told 24-48 hrs 4 times. Also told 2 weeks is normal to restore service.Ridiculous! @RogersHelps how quickly can you install internet and cable?

@Bell_Support My account number won't help you much since it's not an issue with just me, it's the entire town and I already left to go to work anyway. I was just letting you know since it says theres no outage but it appears there is.

@Bell I won't ever switch to Bell after how you showed what you think of intelligent women with grey hair. If I were a Bell customer I'd have switched already.

The recent Rogers outage made clear what the consumer and public safety expectations are of mobile providers. So are northern communities like @fort_frances simply not entitled to proper service? Why is @Bell gaslighting my constituents about the state of their local service? 2/3

@Bell_Support, when I canceled my TV service I said part of the reason was the endless sales calls. I asked for them to stop. You promised they would. They didn't. Next, I will be cancelling my landline. Unless, of course, you can tell me how to make the calls stop for good?
