@Accelerante @Bell_Support Report that **** to the their manager. They can get in a lot of trouble for clocking hours they aren’t working. Also it’s known that techs do this for jobs they don’t wanna bother with. Contractors are worse. Source: I used to be an Xfinity tech

@Bell Last 2 landlines I had installed took more than a week after contracted dates. I called over and over to try and get service, and had to tell them what hardware they needed to install/fix. Very frustrating experience both times.

Great my @Bell_Support tv and internet have been down for over an hour. No techs have been able to fix it yet. Only Game 7 of #leafsvshabs Jeeeeeezzzzussss!!!!
