    @BarryWheeler @Bell_Support Not sure about land lines but for your mobile the easiest fix is to switch to Telus. They DO have a robo call blocker without having to DM someone. Quite sad actually…my mom just went into long term care. Bell install a phone line yesterday. 3 robo calls already this morning!

    @Bell_Support It's for a friend. Weird, right? Her service is only capable of Fibe5, so the modem shouldn't even be getting this.

    hrm anyone else notice how @Bell Mobility customer service is lacking lately? Contact them with a simple Q and so far...20 minutes on the line and no answer to the original Q!

    @MonzerSkeik @Bell_Support Monzer, sorry to hear this is happening to you. Unfortunately I have heard of his same situation happening to many @Bell_Support customers. My suggestion to the fix the situation would be to switch to Rogers

    @Bell @bell_support. Curious how many other people signed up for your $200 visa gift card promotion and never received the funds? Then spend 2 years, literally, in a vortex of customer service hell trying to get the damn gift card. Criminal marketing. Thx for the insanity Bell!

    @bell hi can one of your reps call me asap - pls DM me. my aging mom is trying to get an issue resolved and one of your employees transferred her to a dept that requires an employee ID from Bell ??? this is after she has attempted to get her issue resolved more than once. thanks

    @Bell_support @Bell_Aliant @Bell for home internet connection. Poor customer service. Technician came late to my grandnephew's apartment then left without connecting the internet saying he'd return at 5 pm. How screwed is that? Hello! paging a responsible person to fix this!

    @Bell_Support she doesn’t have energy to have your folks give her the run around either by design because the agent taking call doesn’t want to remove the charge and/or they don’t know how to do it. either way you need to listen to your customer . thanks
