@Bell_Support I have been a @Bell customer for 14 years but now it's time to move on. Few weeks ago called for weak and slow internet as multiple devices are used. Tech created a second SSID which has even weaker signal and sometimes not recognized by the cell phones till modem is rebooted.

@Bell_Support I am going to look around for the package that can work for my household in a day or two. I will call @Bell to cancel my service when I figure it out. I have Bell cell phone and can use data but kids have no choice for their school work but rely on Bell's horrible Wi-Fi 😢

@Bell Called Bell. 1.5hr call. 1st person, “we need to verify you” then had no idea how to help, transferred me, 2nd person, “I need to verify you” then couldn’t help, transferred me, 3rd person “we need to verify you” couldn’t help, transfers me to nothing. Line dies. 🤬🤬🤬

@Bell @jaybestre24 Can I get the number to canadian call center? I keep getting Phillipines call centers. Nothing against the foreign call centers but they are very by the book and don't care about customers service l, they just care about following script/orders.
