@ryangerritsen Yeah , i was with @Bell once upon a time After a bug with pay services, they cancel my services After it got clear . It took me 45 minutes to close m'y service . Till i could get a manager that was able to close it

@Bell_Support I’m also trying to report a downed line that’s blocking a street. No options when you call and agent can’t help. Maybe setup an online form for these requests?

@Bell Nah you guys are content with providing absolute **** support. Hearing phone support tell me they'd be happy to help me cancel my service rather than resolve my issue is all I needed to hear.
