Just wasted 42 minutes of my life with no help from @Bell_Support !!

  • JagmeetKapur Jagmeet Kapur (@JagmeetKapur) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell - How do you view when your modem leaves dead zones in a normal two storey home where Rogers works like a charm…. On top of it L3 confirms the issue, and then support tries to charge customers for wifi pod’s. Is this a service deficiency or an upsell?

  • CR613 C (@CR613) reported

@Bell_Support The billing issue is on the smart home side

  • IHG_Baller IH (@IHG_Baller) reported

@NBACanada @Bell Stop gassing a normal floater... treating him like a damn make-a-wish kid 😭

  • heartbreakers44 The Heartbreak Club (T.H.C) (@heartbreakers44) reported

@Bell_Support If you are truly sorry for this, you will clear the poor woman’s bill and allow her to start fresh. I mean, paying an average of $300 for the last ten years for cellphones, and then a home phone bill for 30 years plus? And not even help when her husband does? Kinda crazy
