    @Bell_Support So this is the second weekend in a row where the internet has been down in my area (L3Y). Been out since 7pm last night and still no change. Any idea why the service is gone and if it’s coming back soon? Like it’s really redux that this Kees happening

    @GregJaworski1 @Bell_Support maybe its the cold ? because its -16 and that type of drop always seems to cause wifi issues, regardless of the service

    @Bell_Support We live in Canada. We have winter. I am in day 4 without internet in a pandemic where everyone has to work from home. This is the first winter service has been so bad. What is going on?
