    I've been trying to resolve an issue my concerning @bell mobility and residential account since May. I've called over 40 times, been hung up multiple times and lied to. I have recordings. If someone doesn't get in touch I'm releasing them.

    In addition to my ongoing issues with @Bell_Support , yesterday my mom’s TV went, a promise of a call back never happened until today, at which point they said they fixed it and now we have no TV, Phone or Internet and they still haven’t called back 8 hours later. @BellAliant

    @Bell The #LGVelvet5G isn't just a super-stylish phone, it's discontinued! All of it! 📵 So before you buy, check the price and if it isn't low enough, skip it, cuz they promise 3 years of updates, but don't always trust em, they have a bad reputation with updates. LG = No more 📱

    @krellomat @Bell Don't even try to consolidate accounts. You can't even do it in one place. Again, you need to call them. Sometimes you just have to give up and save your sanity. Let them bill separately. More work for @Bell and more paper to shred. No problem.
