    @Bell I just had a canvaser in Hamilton come looking to get my business after the @Rogers outage. I told him Bell was here a short while back updating their lines and CUT OUR INTERNET after they promised us they wouldnt. Thats how to get potential customers to hate your brand.

    Rain, rain, comes again and of course we have another @Rogers outage. Once the lines are installed, we're going to @Bell. This is total bullshit and the Roger's customer service is garbage. @RogersHelps

    @Bell_Support can you please do some customer support training lecturing someone who dropped 1 of 3 of you services. Is not the way to win them back. I am insulted and furious right now. Also 35$ is less then 45$.

    @Bell_Support internet dropping in and out & less than half speed, again. Problem is always at the box. Technician always wants to come in the house & run tests. Bell can’t keep the problem fixed and never listen to us when we say to GO TO THE BELL BOX! 🤬

    Really cool that 3 days after getting new Wi-Fi with @Bell_Support the modem shits out and this incredible company can’t get anyone out to fix it the same day. Really makes you wonder what you’re paying for
