    I LOOOOOOVE that @bell came out with cheaper, better plans but decided to keep over charging me. Amazing customer experience. So glad I've been a loyal customer!!

    @Bell I’ve spoken to at least 8 agents but possibly more today! This is a day I’ll never get back. Then the guy in billing says his computer is having problems! And he’s with @Bell!! If I could see the CEO now I would. I’m bloody furious! I’ve given my name, dob, account # til I’m sick

    @Highteaspeaks @Bell Koodo is under Telus. Telus, Rogers and Bell are the 3 big players. I use Telus, wife uses Koodo. No issues over the last 18 months

    @Bell why does it take 3 hrs at a phone store to get a new phone. Stop treating customers as a burden and phone purchase /migration as a complex issue. I can buy a phone in any other country in 15mins.

    BREAKING NEWS 🚨 After 4 years of faithful service, @Bell and I have mutually agreed to go our separate ways. I have successfully escaped a $90+ monthly phone bill and migrated to $39.55, with a pathway to $33.60 in 30 days. That’s about $700 staying in my pocket every year instead of funding Bell’s next board meeting 😭 I wish the company well in all their future endeavours! Today is a good day.💃🏻🤭

    @Highteaspeaks @Bell Phone and plan 60 after tax. This is better than just a 25 after tax plan though. In my opinion. (Works for me anyway). Seems network not too reliable on cheaper plans(20-25 per month plans).

    @Bell_Support . Our internet is down and my roommate cannot schedule a technician to come fix it because he’s not authorized on the account. I’m overseas l, do not have working phone so I cannot phone you. I’ve tried the chat 5x and it’s not working. How can I add him?

    @Bell cell service here outside of St Johns is now absolutely ****. Even on the TCH it is deplorable yet we are paying outrageous dollars for this **** service.

    @Highteaspeaks @TamiloreAdewuyi @Bell Chatr, Fido are undre Rogers now. Chatr is the cheapest but for quality service and good mobile data Fido works well
