@KylesWeather @Bell_Support I used to work in the same office as the FibeTV people. And while I suppose it's possible that Bell support is right, it would be a rare occurrence. For what it's worth, satellite subscriptions are the same.

@tysmo @Bell_Support In any event, I trust this manditory Fibe shutdown timer is simply to save IPTV network resources. If they can cut off receivers and shut most them down overnight, and well into the next day, why wouldn't they? It makes sense from a network resource perspective.

Lmao nothing like waiting on hold with @Bell for close to an hour only for them to tell you the offer they told you you can get in an up grade can't happen and then hang up on you. Guess I'll hang up on my service and look elsewhere. Refuse to pay my existing bill too.

@Bell is the worst company. Don’t do business with them. Back in august, someone fraudulently purchased a phone and made a $1000 charge on my bell account in another city. I’ve spent hours on the phone with bell over the last couple months trying to get this resolved…..

@Bell need help getting my internet back up. Tech support was no help. They want to send a technician tomorrow even I told them me and my wife work from home and we need it up. They #hungup on me when I asked for a #Manager #badcustomerservice should switch to @Rogers
