    @Pascal1Rodier @veethspace @Bell @Bell_Support I had a little bit of trouble after I moved as well. But after 3 calls and a wonderful girl that helped me on the last call, I'm hoping my problems are resolved this month.

    @Bell_Support Thank you very much! The girl said I have to wait until my bill this month to see if the credit is put back and I'm billed correctly. If not will message directly here!! I'm a loyal customer so I'm not going anywhere! 😆

    @Bell_Support I’ve had 3 appts to put in Fibe Internet & have been without Internet for 10 days. You won’t fix the copper wire & today you say there is no Fibe here?! Now I have to wait again for another 24 hours for a phone call. I can’t believe the atrocious handling of this!

    Can anyone @Bell explain to me why my everything is freezing and slow as a 🐢 when I pay $130/month for gigabit fibe.......This is unacceptable. Who's got a better internet provider in Ontario 🇨🇦

    @Bell_Support But will you actually help? 10 days without Internet ! How is this possible? And they are doing NOTHING about it. Just keep making new appts. then leaving saying “technical issues” “more work required” but they’re not fixing anything!!! 10 days!!! I need to work!

    Wow @Bell @the_cra I have a sad story: Can't login to CRA because TFA sends TXT to old phone number (forgot to change it - my bad). Can't change the number unless I login. Call CRA, get message: call Mon-Fri, 9-5 (Hey's it's Wednesday at 10!) - Oh yeah. Strike. -Dead end for me.

    @Bell your customer service is an absolute tire fire. Over 3 hours to cancel my services. I had bell for 6 days and canceled. Going back to Rogers.
