But after 3 calls and a wonderful girl that helped me on the last call, I'm hoping my problems are resolved this month.

The US has the same issue with cell service today it had 15 years ago. Youโll get excellent connections to the tower and slow service b/c there is not enough bandwidth. Itโs incredible that is still an issue

This is after 4 people (including 2 supervisors) told me it was impossible to know the time. I guess @Bell_Aliant considers missing an appt and making me wait all day good customer service

A tech in the neighborhood told at least the end of next week. Canโt even speak to someone because they say they are aware - then give a fake date to be fixed.
