Scott Quilty (@SirQuilty) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador@Bell You offer the worst support I have ever seen! I can't even get a qoute on 3 cell phones from you for my new business after a week of phone calls. @Rogers & @Eastlink have provided me qoutes.

Deanne Slaney (@DeanneSlaney) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador@Bell_Support reporting a mobility outage. I have no service on my cell, and my husband is in another area of the city with limited service. I didn’t find any outage reports online yet. Thanks!

Kristyn Coley (@MissColey91) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador@bell_support And now they "think" my tech might be 4 hours late but they can't confirm. This is after 4 people (including 2 supervisors) told me it was impossible to know the time. I guess @Bell_Aliant considers missing an appt and making me wait all day good customer service
-
Eddie Sheerr (@EddieSheerr) reported from Mount Pearl, Newfoundland and Labrador@forwest3 The cell networks in Newfoundland are wonderful, at least on @Bell. The US has the same issue with cell service today it had 15 years ago. You’ll get excellent connections to the tower and slow service b/c there is not enough bandwidth. It’s incredible that is still an issue

kimmy 🍁🇨🇦 (@kimmy_labr) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador@CORYfromDArock @Bell I don’t have any trouble with bell. I don’t have cable though I have fibre op.
-
Kristyn Coley (@MissColey91) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador@Ryandj70 @Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support Let's hope that we never go virtual again because Bell obviously can't support it! Thankfully I have had one helpful person add some data to my account but my tech missed the appt and no one can tell me when they're coming. I guess I'm going into lockdown for the day waiting hah

Bell Canada Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
IbbiKB (@IbbiKb) reportedIf you're a @Rogers mobile customer and take the Barrie Line @GOtransit train, does your internet just not work majority of the time once you leave downtown core? Is @Bell better? I just might have to switch coz this is pathetic
-
kfir ohayon (@kfirkiki) reported@Bell Our London, ON business has had NO internet or phones since Friday. After telling us 72 hrs, now you want another 24 just to open a ticket? We’ve been forced to CLOSE and have lost $20,000+ in revenue. This is a business account. Completely unacceptable. Fix this TODAY.
-
Kathy Washington (@WashingtonKathy) reported@Bell_Support cont’d. So unfair taking her money and not allowing us to cancel when she doesn’t even live there anymore. Someone needs to have common sense and empathy and help us cancel this account
-
LordGrim (@L0rdGrim1) reportedWay to go @Bell thanks for sending a technician out to install internet. They came back twice with the same problem and no solution, then ghosted me. I then chose Primus, and yet again, your Bell technicians are screwing me over, as the tentative date is now September 1st. Ffs
-
🇨🇦Canada United (@Charles65350398) reported@Reil76 @Bell Same here for years. Everytime i'll get. "I will send you a new reliever" Can i have a technician come out? "You dont need one" On to the service department. Within 2 seconds, it will cost you $75 dollars. I wiuld switch but Cogeco would have to dig up my driveway
-
420420 (@four421twenty) reported@DemorestKe48215 @Reil76 @Bell 90% of the time its the modem going bad, usually they only last 2-3 years. Threaten to move to another company unless they replace that modem and discount your service.
-
306 Shane (@NoSacredBeliefs) reported@Bell And DM'd you were... And unsurprisingly, you have no solutions. You discovered that life in Canada is expensive and so people are cutting down on expenses where they can... But you couldn't possibly have that. So now you seek to curtail one's ability to use their hotspot to try and drive people to take on Home Internet service... Something you don't even provide in the province of Saskatchewan. Interesting times when you opt to make your service delivery worse than Rogers.
-
Kevin (@sierralad) reportedFor the third time this week, a customer has come to my Canada Post counter with a @Bell package to be sent by Purolator, with the customer saying Bell told them to bring it to the post office. But Bell has ASSURED me this isn't happening. Bell, let's talk about your gaslighting.
-
Bell (@Bell) reported@RTLVCoach We're sorry to know about the ongoing issues with your service. Please follow @bell_support and send us a DM so we could get your account details.
-
Robert Watson (@RobertW96576248) reported@JesseEdwards78 @Bell I left Bell well over a decade ago. I used VOIP. Voice Over Internet Protocol, with my computer internet service provider. Cheaper by far, and long distance was no extra cost. Later, I retired my computer & internet some 6 years ago. I just use a 'smart' mobile phone.
