Deanne Slaney (@DeanneSlaney) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador@Bell_Support reporting a mobility outage. I have no service on my cell, and my husband is in another area of the city with limited service. I didn’t find any outage reports online yet. Thanks!
-
Eddie Sheerr (@EddieSheerr) reported from Mount Pearl, Newfoundland and Labrador@forwest3 The cell networks in Newfoundland are wonderful, at least on @Bell. The US has the same issue with cell service today it had 15 years ago. You’ll get excellent connections to the tower and slow service b/c there is not enough bandwidth. It’s incredible that is still an issue
-
Eddy St. Coeur (@EddySt) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador"I guess I'll give Bell another go in this house" *Your service appointment is confirmed* "Wow, that was easy" Two hours later *your service appointment has been put on hold, please call this number* Great. Wonderful start @Bell. I'm thrilled to be sending you money already.
-
Scott Quilty (@SirQuilty) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador@Bell You offer the worst support I have ever seen! I can't even get a qoute on 3 cell phones from you for my new business after a week of phone calls. @Rogers & @Eastlink have provided me qoutes.
-
kim montague 🍁 (@Kymzz78) reported from Petty Harbour-Maddox Cove, Newfoundland and Labrador@Pascal1Rodier @veethspace @Bell @Bell_Support I had a little bit of trouble after I moved as well. But after 3 calls and a wonderful girl that helped me on the last call, I'm hoping my problems are resolved this month.

Vince Gibbons (@vince_gibbons) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador@oskeremmie @Bell @TELUS Funny enough the night before last I took a drive up signal hill, parked, picked up my phone and “5G”. Then 2 seconds later it switched back to LTE… thought my phone was on the blink.
-
Bradley Tilley (@Bradleytilley) reported from Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador@Bell @Google so recently while working from home and utilizing my pixel 4, the speaker has been overheating while I'm making phone calls longer than 5 minutes. There's no bell stores open and I need a working phone. Help me out.
-
Kristyn Coley (@MissColey91) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador@Ryandj70 @Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support Let's hope that we never go virtual again because Bell obviously can't support it! Thankfully I have had one helpful person add some data to my account but my tech missed the appt and no one can tell me when they're coming. I guess I'm going into lockdown for the day waiting hah
-
kim montague 🍁 (@Kymzz78) reported from Petty Harbour-Maddox Cove, Newfoundland and Labrador@Bell_Support Thank you very much! The girl said I have to wait until my bill this month to see if the credit is put back and I'm billed correctly. If not will message directly here!! I'm a loyal customer so I'm not going anywhere! 😆

Erin (@Erin88018760) reported from Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador@Bell I'm livid! I've been paying for device care. I dropped my phone and cracked the screen. Went online to fill out the repair request, and I'm hit with a $300 service fee. WTF is the point of the insurance I pay every month!
-
Stunning Steve (@SteveDickerNL) reported from Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador@RobertChaulk @Bell Been with Koodo for roughly 10 years. Paying $110/month for 2 phones. No issues with service at all. But took a bath on roaming charges during our recent Florida trip.

Glen L (@GlenLuff) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador@Bell_Support is there a outage in Paradise NL?
-
Kristyn Coley (@MissColey91) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador@bell_support And now they "think" my tech might be 4 hours late but they can't confirm. This is after 4 people (including 2 supervisors) told me it was impossible to know the time. I guess @Bell_Aliant considers missing an appt and making me wait all day good customer service
-
kimmy 🍁🇨🇦 (@kimmy_labr) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador@CORYfromDArock @Bell I don’t have any trouble with bell. I don’t have cable though I have fibre op.
Bell Canada Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
The Last of us!! (@ocp_sumit) reported@bellcanadahater @Bell Worst tech support. Transferred me to 4 different people within 2 hours, each of them left no notes on the account and I ended up doing same thing for each of them still no resolution and was asked to pay 75cad for a technician visit.
-
Sherry Rezaie, MD (@shaghayegh755) reported@Bell I hope this response is coming from a human and not an AI generated reply. Yes, I still need assistance, as I have not received any confirmation email that my service has been cancelled, despite specifically requesting cancellation confirmation during each of my conversations with five different #Bell representatives!
-
liam dixon (@chunker27) reported@Bell what kind of a joke service is your technical support, 6 months with a temporary wire hanging in front of our house with new wire waiting to get installed!!!!! Can’t call anyone because just keep getting passed on to another “operator “
-
Bill Wellman (@bill_dub) reported@CoryJudson @Bell @Rogers I was having issues with Bell. They were finally resolved but I had mention to the Bell rep that i had investigated the option of switching to Rogers as they gave me a great offer. The Bell rep basically told me to go ahead and take the Rogers offer
-
Scott Tod (@ChiefTod) reported@Bell why does it take 3 hrs at a phone store to get a new phone. Stop treating customers as a burden and phone purchase /migration as a complex issue. I can buy a phone in any other country in 15mins.
-
Justin S (@thej_schro) reported@POW2112 @CraveCanada @Bell BBUS moving homes was inevitable. There’s no way another network was going to allow a popular franchise like BB to go un-monitized in Canada. That said I’m glad the deal also includes BBCAN.
-
Hightea🍁 (@Highteaspeaks) reportedBREAKING NEWS 🚨 After 4 years of faithful service, @Bell and I have mutually agreed to go our separate ways. I have successfully escaped a $90+ monthly phone bill and migrated to $39.55, with a pathway to $33.60 in 30 days. That’s about $700 staying in my pocket every year instead of funding Bell’s next board meeting 😭 I wish the company well in all their future endeavours! Today is a good day.💃🏻🤭
-
Dan Harris (@danharriscan) reported@CoryJudson It IS absolutely about the principle. Plus they know that most people either don't notice or give up. So don't! We had a problem with @Bell back in 2017 where they misbilled us every month we were with them. Then we sent the equipment back. Canada Post said to keep the receipt.
-
Cancel the parade (@andrewhyk) reported@Bell_Support Channel 1509 should be CNBC Squawk Box but it's showing CNBC World. Please escalate and fix asap. Thx.
-
Gavin Pell (@gbpell) reportedI can barely get @manitobahydro updates about the 17+ hour outage because the @bell service is so awful. Great job everybody.
