@Bell_Support if you are going to have customer service reps call me. At least make sure they can actually respond to my needs. Or what is the point. I want 1 Bill I have been asking for months. But you cx service is useless. If it is not fixed this month. It will be the last.

I can't wait to leave @Bell, this has to be the worst connection I've ever paid this amount for. Unstable, high packet loss over priced garbage. I wouldn't recommend this internet now to anyone who enjoys gaming or high-speed internet. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk

Sustainable Internet connectivity it’s an assets for every individual work from home, shame on @Bell for not providing fibre service in all the major areas. #Niagara region deserves better service.

Cell phone contracts should be tied to battery life. Can't wait to pay $17/month for my 9 month old S21! lol @Bell_Support (fix your cell towers)

@Bell_Support could you please clarify for many-is the Government mandated lower income pricing for basic wifi still in effect and how do people access such pricing and service in Ontario-there is confusion from Bell reps-but too many are still without basic service!
