Hey @bell How about unlimited internet again for the #lockdown ? Not looking forward to a 200$ internet bill because im spending more time at home for the month. 4$ for 1G over charge is ridiculous and expensive. Help us out!!! Thanks

I was a @Bell Mobility customer for 27 years but switched to @koodo for what I thought was a better offer. Big mistake. I followed all steps correctly yet they did not apply the "Refer-a-friend" credit claiming that I didn't. Lesson learned: Koodo lies and lacks customer service.

Would love to get @Bell_Support and @SamsungCanada on the phone at the same time so they can figure out together if it’s Bell or my Smart Tv that’s causing connectivity issues daily! Actually, throw @CraveHelp in there too! I’m truly livid.

@brittlestar @Bell_Support What your really saying is that Bell won’t fix it because it IS a landline.
-
David Walsh 🇨🇦 (@Dgw4806) reported
@CopelandColette @brittlestar @Bell_Support Yes. That's why the free is in brackets and when I tried to do away with the phone number entirely, I'm on a VOIP service, the price for internet and fibe tv when up considerably. They cost it but the costs is pointless because you can't break them out.

@brittlestar @Bell_Support My understanding is that the land lines now go to a central computer. So they won’t work when systems go down just like VOIP doesn’t.

@Bell_Support I created this Twitter account to communicate with Bell since their phone agents are very difficult to deal with. Unfortunately Bell is even worst on Twitter, dont bother.

.@Bell_News what is Bell doing to protect the customers against all these scammers and hackers using the bell network as a source to reach customers and proceed in some sort of scam transaction? .@Bell I'm so sick of all these scam calls, why isn't Bell doing more to protect me

@Bell_Support Hello thank you for getting in touch. Internet came back late that evening.I did report to Customer service on day of outage. Looks like power just went out for a few minutes now (May 16th @ 1:38pm) so no tv at moment.

@AureliaCotta @brittlestar I see that the 3000 modem that I got from Bell has a battery bay. I wonder if powering that would help in a blackout? @Bell_Support

@brittlestar @Bell_Support My friend has a landline with no phones hooked up to it! Ahead only keeping the number because of attachment issues.
