@CRTCeng @Bell_Support sent a tech to our home today. Tech literally stole our wires & left without fixing anything. Bell refuses to address what happens now. I filed a formal complaint on your site, but how long do I pay for services I can’t access? Can Bell ignore us 4 ever?

  • MalaMoragain Mala Moragain Mistress Of Chaos (@MalaMoragain) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support you sure do seem to spend a lot of time saying sorry. But what gets fixed? Obviously not consumer loyalty and trust. Good job at doing the worst job possible. And thanks for nothing! 2 days solid, 0 services working.

  • EmYeahthatsme The MANAGER! (@EmYeahthatsme) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@UzisDesciple @Bell_Support Extremely slow.literally non existent. I had to tweet this with my data smh

  • andrewkelly Andrew Kelly (@andrewkelly) reported from Kawartha Lakes, Ontario

  • mhp Mark H Pavlidis (@mhp) reported from Prince Edward County, Ontario

@agregc @realJ_Mitchell @Bell_Support The worst part is that this is for 25/1MB service (the minimum “basic necessity” speeds) and it is traffic shaped, video calls have 4-5 second lag. I paid 1/2 monthly for gigabit to the closet in the city. When i asked to pay to run the 600m of fibre to the home i got a hard NO
