  @Bell I’m pretty sure you already know this is an issue - apparently it’s a pretty big issue that doesn’t seem to a sense of urgency attached to it. So make a couple inquiries into the damaged bell cable impacting home phone service in West Burlington/Aldershot - with Hamilton numbers

  Today Today, @Bell must lose me as a customer 😭 My condo comes with internet, My workplace has Wi-Fi, I barely travel these days, Yet somehow I’m paying over $90/month for a phone plan, meanwhile I own my phone. My target is to cut that bill by at least 65 or 70% and I must do it TODAY!   @thisisgrazie @cogeco @Bell I would call "Loyalty", dept and discuss it They're great. It's also handy to make a note for a month before your 2 year deal ends to remind you to renew another deal on time Just a tip from another customer.
