  • yegventures Lincoln Ho | Yegventures 🇻🇦🇨🇦🇭🇰 (@yegventures) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@JohnZmhr @plbg_s @Bell @TELUS They can also make VODs free. It's not like people aren't paying for service. I pay nearly $200 for landline, internet, and TV (basic + Cantonese). It's probably why so many are switching to Netflix.

  • roxyhofer Roxy (@roxyhofer) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

Anyone else in #yeg having issues with their service. Aka non-existent @Bell @Bell_Support #bellmobility

  • Roopanova 🦁🇨🇦 Bollywood Roop 🇨🇦 🦁 (@Roopanova) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

I've been dealing with @Bell for 19 years. I continue to wonder why I deal with you guys. Continue to have the worst customer experience. Hey @TELUS @Rogers what are willing to do for me with regards to these cell phone plans.

  • TrevorBoller trevor boller (@TrevorBoller) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@Bell I was going to get the 11 it was reserved for me. Customer service set me up online. When I get to the store they change the plans and says I couldn’t get the original one they agreed-upon. #switchandbait

  • roxyhofer Roxy (@roxyhofer) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@Dixy79 @Bell_Support I’m in Edmonton and it’s been half an hour with no service.

  • Roopanova 🦁🇨🇦 Bollywood Roop 🇨🇦 🦁 (@Roopanova) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

Update on my experience with @Bell @Rogers @TELUS Bell - Continue to walk around there nonsense. Terrible service. Telus - Options and we can work together. Rogers - Let's set up a call and see if we can work together. Probably the most proactive out of three.

  • billfastball Bill Aldred (@billfastball) reported from Leduc, Alberta

@Ray_Aldred @Bell_Support How was your flight besides your phone not working

  • iamRam2333 𝓇𝒶𝓂 ᴬᴰᴺ🇵🇭🇨🇦 (@iamRam2333) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

I just had the WORST customer experience EVER with @Bell . I hope they’d follow through with that supervisor call on Monday, since apparently, their customer service employees aren’t actually doing their jobs properly and now they have completely F-ed up our account. 😤

  • aWYNNING Alãnãtudē (@aWYNNING) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@RuckingHook_2 @Bell I was at telus for 20, since they were clearnet but then shit went downhill. Virgin is technically bell & had the best plan for me but holy shit, I’ve never experienced this type of service, ever.

  • yegventures Lincoln Ho | Yegventures 🇻🇦🇨🇦🇭🇰 (@yegventures) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@JohnZmhr @plbg_s @Bell @TELUS It's strangely an 'essential service' that has been rationed out by providers and streaming services it seems. Imagine if gas was only working 80% of the time or electricity was 60% power.

  • irobox_Cap Carlin Brady (@irobox_Cap) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@Bell_Support Bell media owns the channel and the programming sucks just repeating the same shows all the time, every day the same shows. Reruns are good but no multiple of the same show back to back there’s tones of great things to air cause you’ve done it in the pass

  • sssuperbecca Becca (@sssuperbecca) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

Poor Mae @Bell_Support ....but I did think something bad had happened in my friend group

  • yegventures Lincoln Ho | Yegventures 🇻🇦🇨🇦🇭🇰 (@yegventures) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

If traditional TV-service telecom companies (like @telus, @Shawhelp, @Rogers, @Bell) want to keep their current subscriber base from mass increase in @Netflix subscriptions, they'll need to not only allow data overages, but open their VOD to free rentals. #telco #canada #big3

  • lorrainejaira Lorraine Alcantara (@lorrainejaira) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@Bell have been a loyal customer since I got my very first cellphone [2008]. Just because I have the $60 plan now, I’m no longer eligible for any loyalty promos or discounts. This is laughable. Might have to reconsider where I put my loyalty too.

  • dwh17 Devin (@dwh17) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@Bell_Support @Bell my credit score is not an issue, according to Equifax it is 'excellent'. Bell could not get out of their own way to keep their word and I gave them three chances to make good on it. 2/2

  • KeeperOfSheep KeeperOfSheep (@KeeperOfSheep) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@YouTubeTV it's time to step up and #savecanada. @Bell @TELUS @RiverTVNow are not providing a viable service to Canadians

  • dwh17 Devin (@dwh17) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

Please do not use @Bell @Bell_Support for your telcom. needs. I was offered a contract, directed to a store where I was told my order was not processable. Then I was told I owed $450 upfront for the $0 marketed phone. I've never received such inept service in all of my life. 1/2

  • MattButDigital MattButDigital (@MattButDigital) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@bell although im already a customer so you have literally all my info I find it extremely odd that my phone number, full name, and address was needed for me to buy a $20 Iphone dongle....

  • dwh17 Devin (@dwh17) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@Bell EXCUSE ME. Respond to my DMs and settle my grievance regarding my horrendous experience with all levels of your customer service platform yesterday.

Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • MalcolmFrench Malcolm French (@MalcolmFrench) reported

So @bell, if I’m paying you a daily fee for roaming while out of the country, don’t you think you should make an effort to, y’know, consistently provide the service I’m paying for? In what universe does it make sense to turn off my data at midnight? Not impressed at all.

  • jchanniganbooks J.C. Hannigan🦉📖🌹 (@jchanniganbooks) reported

@Bell_Support I have spent enough of my thanksgiving weekend giving details to Bell employees. We have a tech scheduled to come out Monday and hopefully they will fix the corroded line which is the problem, confirmed by each tech you’ve sent out previously. Have this one FIX the problem (1)

  • TeaRando RandoTea (@TeaRando) reported

@Bell_Support it's nice that my service can drop off overnight and a tech can't be scheduled until the next day. It gives ame time to tell people how I don't have service for no apparent reason

  • MKentoch Kentoch Mervel (@MKentoch) reported

If you preorder an Apple Watch through your phone company and realize the band is the wrong size, well good luck. Neither @Apple , nor @Bell can help you get the right size. Doubly frustrating cause the perfect size was not even an option when I preordered the watch.

  • marcfavell The Only Marc Favell (@marcfavell) reported

@Bell_Support ever since we have had the internet since it came out, it's never been down this long with any company it's cost large we all had to tether into mobile data, guess I did not want music at work for the rest of the month very dumbfounded the last couple days TBH.

  • GurpartapSS Gavy (@GurpartapSS) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@Bell #bellinternet #bellsupport. I am shocked by the service thay bell provides here in Kitchener. My @Rogers ignite had better consistency at 100 than your 500 plan. I hope you can do something about it, else I'm happily changing back to Rogers

  • ShamanaDreams The Techy Tantrika (@ShamanaDreams) reported

In the absolute 💩 storm I dealt with this morning with @rogers support (they don't know their own products), I found out Rogers no longer offers the only channel we have dedicated to Black entertainment, @BET. Is @bell pulling the plug on BET too? #BlackStars

  • kfmdawe99 k dawe https://www.bklynlibrary.org/books-unbanned (@kfmdawe99) reported

@Bell Is your wifi so bad that it doesn’t cover a house?! Maybe stop renting out pods as possible solutions, and just fix the poor wifi instead.

  • TeaRando RandoTea (@TeaRando) reported

@Bell_Support woke up and all our home services are down this morning. Is there an outage that isn't being reported?

  • por_qpine Myles (@por_qpine) reported

@Bell Thinking of switching mobile phone to you. If someone sends an email to [their_cell]@txt.bell.ca, what number shows up on the caller display on the receiving phone? Is it always the same, or does it change? Make/break question for me, as it's a service I use extensively.
