My next door neighbour was just told by @cogeco that they cannot fix her broken wire to her house for 3 months, so no phone, Internet or TV until September. Never heard of waiting this long to fix a single broken wire. Glad I have my Internet with @bell #scarry

So ticked off with @Bell_Support right now. Agent CC. A monthly issue that phone support remains clueless about, which up until now the Twitter crew could at least resolve.

Hey @Bell any Idea when we can get better internet and cell network in London ON. When I got the connection I was told within 6 months. That was in the beginning of 2019. I am sick of calling your customer service every 15 days and yet your ads says best network in Galaxy.

@Bell_Support Hello! Asking on behalf of my parents-in-law in NOTL. Can existing multi-service customers (web+TV+mobile) get the same bundle deals as new customers, and if not, why not? 🙄 Thank you.

@intrnetdaughter @Bell_Support Bell and Rogers have a virtual monopoly on wireless services in Canada; to such an extent that when I tell family who live overseas what cell service costs here, they laugh - because they think I'm joking.

@Bell_Support Guys. You run a telephone network. Why is it that EVERY SINGLE TIME I call support I get redirected to Aliant when I am an ON customer, entirely because of my area code? I've just wasted 20 minutes on the phone and still not reached an appropriate agent!!!
