    My next door neighbour was just told by @cogeco that they cannot fix her broken wire to her house for 3 months, so no phone, Internet or TV until September. Never heard of waiting this long to fix a single broken wire. Glad I have my Internet with @bell #scarry

    Our internet has been out all day. We called Bell early this am and they promised to call back between 10-11am. It’s now nearly 5 hours beyond that and no call. I can’t believe that a business can run like this This is some crummy customer service. @Bell_Support

    After 10 yrs on LTD @Bell I have to fight HR as they refuse to care how #ptsd has impacted my mind & my daily cognitive ability. Instead of accommodating me they add extra stress in a pandemic by removing my benefits for emotional support @Bell_LetsTalk #BellLetsTalk

    @Bell_Support it's been about 4 months now since we ordered our hub without any service from @Bell so when are you going to get your act together? You're required by law to accommodate the disabled.
