My next door neighbour was just told by @cogeco that they cannot fix her broken wire to her house for 3 months, so no phone, Internet or TV until September. Never heard of waiting this long to fix a single broken wire. Glad I have my Internet with @bell #scarry

@Bell_Support Both Fibe TV & email not working. Again. The fact that #Bell actually acknowledges this outage means it's affecting many users. Otherwise, they try to get away with not addressing outages at all. Maybe Bell should test fully before executing system changes that affect service..?

@Bell_Support This is a bad outage that affected all my Bell email (DNS) and intermittent issues with other services. H-A-C-K, but like Rogers, Bell will probably cook up some excuse. This is the problem with an always-online world, the world is always online try to steal your data and money.

@Bell_Support And did anyone else notice when calling Bell Support that there are no more PIN numbers? Great. Now the 3rd World will resume their basic social engineering tricks ("Me lost password, me on vacation") and regularly steal our account & email data, which Bell gives away like candy.

Just spent 45 minutes on hold with @Bell to learn human error has caused an email outage since 4.30am. We were 1st told it would fixed at 10:30 am A very nice tech just said 5pm Sunday? Bell is using fancy language to not say what the problem is and is not sending text alerts?

@christinemaw @Bell_Support @Bell After being on hold for an hour I was told the email is their problem and working on it. Was supposed to be fixed by 1030 but still not.

An hour and a half on hold with @Bell to find out why my tv isn’t working, only to be advised that this was a planned maintenance and it would be back tomorrow. If it was planned, why weren’t we advised? If I’m losing a full day of service I expect compensation.

@Bell_Support I should have known a problem was coming when earlier this week my deleted folder had emails reappear from over a year ago., I empty it normally on a daily basis.
