syncspace.live (@syncspacelive) reported@Bell_Support something is broken between Ottawa and Toronto. The results are not consistent but I've got three people in Ottawa on Fibe getting wildly different ping times (either 8 or 60+ms) to different servers in Toronto. Ping times are normally 8 or 9ms.

Devin Smith (@devohockey) reported@Bell_Support 7 full days without internet or fibe tv. No solution. No one from bell contacts me. I have to call every day to be told they are “escalating this”. For 7 days..same bs script. It is actually impressive how brutal your customer support is.
