My next door neighbour was just told by @cogeco that they cannot fix her broken wire to her house for 3 months, so no phone, Internet or TV until September. Never heard of waiting this long to fix a single broken wire. Glad I have my Internet with @bell #scarry

@bellsupport @bell Bell Canada is taking away peoples wired land lines, by lying and saying there is some issue with the line, then replacing it with VOIP to save money. BELL IS SIMPLY LYING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS TO SAVE MONEY. Contacting every Canadian media outlet about it.

@Bell 3) So then I requested support and some time later a lady came on, & her line was so bad, her voice so garbled & electronic I could hear maybe every 10th word. I asked her to call me back & managed to hear 'yes'. I'm still waiting. I refuse to be billed 3x the stated rate!

@JM_Weber @EliotETC Don't feel so bad, my brother lives down a dirt road with 7 houses on it, a 45 minute drive to town.. has legit 1000mbps fibre .... I live 3x closer on provincial highway... Have 6mbps ADSL over 70year old phone lines that crap out in the rain, @Bell Refuses to replace.
