    My next door neighbour was just told by @cogeco that they cannot fix her broken wire to her house for 3 months, so no phone, Internet or TV until September. Never heard of waiting this long to fix a single broken wire. Glad I have my Internet with @bell #scarry

    @Diana_fierce1 @Jennjo22 @Bell I had that problem trying to cancel my wifi. They still sent out a bill for three more months of new charges. Always an excuse when I called in, empty promises and poor performance.

    @Bell_Support Technician says, well if you upgrade to fibre we can hook you right up. So tech solution wasn't to fix it was to upsell. When I'm looking up crtc complaint procedures and cell service number transfers, you know your customer service has flat out failed.!

    @sonataarctica19 @Bell They are. They tried to put me in a contract that I never agreed too. If I didn’t have the recordings To show to their head office I would have been screwed. The fact that this company is still in existence is crazy to me. I paid off my bill and now they’re saying I owe

    @Bell_Support Already did and that still didnt help, i needed to have a case manger callme to offer a promotion… its a very frustrating process/ situation that i have had to deal with
