My next door neighbour was just told by @cogeco that they cannot fix her broken wire to her house for 3 months, so no phone, Internet or TV until September. Never heard of waiting this long to fix a single broken wire. Glad I have my Internet with @bell #scarry

@Bell_Support please let whoever is in charge of the Apple TV app to add a warning before completing the action on the restart button. I accidentally pressed it after watching 90 min. of a movie with 30 min. left and now I have to start from the beginning. It’s the worst UX!

@PamToque8 @Bell_Support Horrible! The same thing is happening to my parents who are 70-80 yrs old and it’s shameful that Bell does nothing to support them! Customers for 60 yrs means nothing to Bell I guess it’s so disappointing and frustrating! I hope they do something for them!

@Bell_Support @jessiica416__ What is Bell doing about scam calls? I received another call regarding charges to my visa. I don't have visa. The phone number is listed as one of our local churches. (Spoofing). Is my only option, cancel Bell after 46 years??

What the hell is up with @Bell_Support internet today? We’ve lost signal and had to reboot multiple times. Not great for the fees a small business has to pay for your services.
