@Francis_Drouin @Bell It's a 25Mbps plan on the wireless wifi internet (rural 4G LTE internet). Bell support admitted that they grossly oversubscribed the tower but have no plan or solution to remedy the situation or compensate me for the reduced bandwidth.I left my phone # in the Hakesbury voicemail

Be careful of @Bell. Not only do they not care about your services, they don’t care if they are the only internet you can get and use that to work from home because they way they can charge you $2400 for 2 months of service then turn it off without an email or phone call

@RogersHelps Seriously Rogers you have to do better. We pay a lot of $$$ for your services which have not be reliable for +mth. We don't have time to call tech support to get the runaround. @Bell What can you offer an entire neighborhood that's fed up?

@Bell_Support why is your internet never working? Better yet, why do techs go in and mess about it boxes and screw up service. Twice this has happened in less than a month. Ridiculous when you work from home 🤬🤬
