I’m curious why @Bell and @Bell_Support don’t give updates about outages on social? It would be so easy. Obviously it is down everywhere looking at people’s updates. Just a thought...

@Bell @CRTCHearings @crteng my father in law that is 90+ has no phone line connection at the moment. Bell has told him the techs, as instructed by their VP, will not fix the copper line so 2 choices, Switch to fibre or go away! 👋 Very disappointed at sad treatment of seniors.

@viraniarif @CRTCeng I pay @Bell over $2k per year for TV and Internet. I should be free to choose if I want to watch a US broadcast of a US show/event instead of having to be bombarded with online betting and Bell commercials. Stop signal switching and let Canadians choose!

@Bell_LetsTalk @Bell I am a Bell customer! Every month I wait for my bill in anxiety because there is almost always a price hike or charge for some service. Customer service lines are always a terrible reception, hard to hear, and the customer service rep always is misleading or even lies

Hi @Bell, I ordered WIFI yesterday and the guy who showed up today basically entered the apartment said 'it's installed' then left. He did not actually install anything but apparently my service has been set up. And now instead of wifi, it says homephone on my account. Help?
