3) We were then without internet which took 24 hours and an hour of being on hold to fix. Set up another appointment and they were to come today and have everything done and we were told it would only take an hour. I call to confirm and I’m told someone will be there b4 5. @Bell

@Bell_Support There have been numerous technicians, numerous escalated calls to customer service, numerous times we have asked for refunding for internet. The point is, GET FIBER OUT PAST NORTH AUGUSTA ON JELLYBY ROAD.

@Bell technician supposed to be here today Nov 20 between 12 to 5pm. Now appointment says the 22nd ???? What is happening? Customer service just want to make me believe the 20th never happened even if I have an email and text msg confirming same. Not happy at all!
