    Moved away from @Bell because of their abysmal customer service... turns out @Cogeco is no better sooo going back to Bell where at least their hardware isn't insecure. I'd advise you stop using Cogeco immediately.

    @Bell_Support Yeah! On the phone to the Philippines for a forth time having to reset the app. Still no good. Terrible service. Do you even know what you are doing. 2 hours and counting. Are you paying me to do your job?

    @pluc @Bell @cogeco im also at the point where I am considering commercial internet with demarc at my house. the stuff they force you to use compromises you and service quality is horrible. issue with commercial is you need long term contracts. I will let you know if I go down that route.

    @Bell_Support And to top it off the customer service asked us to hang up and reset phone, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE IF I HANG UP! VERY PROFESSIONAL NOT!
