Why not fix your dang virtual assistant that no matter what I select it says that your systems have an error and cannot put callers through an agent. Are you paying agents to do nothing? They have now cut our cell service while we wait “for the next billing cycle for changes to take effect”. I’ve spent 5 hours on this already! @bell sucks!

Whereas the it is a network limitation of @Rogers .it ain’t such a remote location , the direct competitor @Bell has a 3gbps for the address

I spoke to robots, was transferred to multiple different departments, spent a LONG time on hold, then got disconnected TWICE, and still haven’t solved the problem. It’s been an hour. Why is your service dept outsourced like this??
