I’m curious why @Bell and @Bell_Support don’t give updates about outages on social? It would be so easy. Obviously it is down everywhere looking at people’s updates. Just a thought...

@Bell your customer service sucks!!! Do better. I'm not even a client and now I will never consider you in the future when we move.

On my new phone with my new service provider. I've been with @Rogers for well over a decade but after several disappointments with them, I've moved over to @TELUS . @Bell wasn't in the running. They still need to apologize to #LisaLaFlamme .

Further to @bell and @Bell_Support issues: after being lied to repeatedly over the phone by multiple agents, with everything documented, and no help from NCS, we are canceling under buyers remorse, returning all equipment, and going with a more credible provider. #Avoid #bell

Set up an @eastlink account over the web chat and their end was extremely helpful. No bullshit, gave a price and no haggling. Their first quote was $98 better with more channels than @bell. How do they not value custom service?

@Bell I will never purchase Bell products or services after how the corporation treated @LisaLaFlamme_

By the way, the @Bell Executive office phone number 1-844-940-1917, a representative named Jean-Marie, was of no help to me, despite all the lies the Bell store rep told me I was told by the call centre. But if you are looking to escalate your issue, maybe you’ll have better luck

First guy told me they could match the price, then disconnected. Called again and 2nd guy told me he'd wave all receiver fees. He disconnected. 3rd lady said there's no way to wave receiver fees. Never had such bad customer service in my life and they could care less. @bell

Funny how a first call to eastlink provided such a savings and when I called to cancel @bell they kept trying to keep me but refused to match? Add on the 3 separate service calls the past 6 months, non working pvr and ****** internet.

If I was working in advertising, I would say that @Bell makes another spot in the "It's not you, it's your network" ad campaign, only it's with some guy in a trench-coat, jerking off on the bus to porn. If you know the ads I'm talking about, the rest writes itself.
