@Bell_Support I’m beyond angry and frustrated. Someone in loyalty told me a discount had been applied to my bill. It hasn’t. Now everyone I call says it’s not my problem. Who can I speak to at Bell who actually cares customers?? So far I’ve been treated horribly.

@Bell_Support I’m using the roam like home 500mb. It capped out while I was driving disconnecting my data instead of slowing down. Had to pay an extra $10 just to get another 500mb is ridiculous. Why wouldn’t it slow down instead of disconnecting completely? Horrible service

@Bell_Support when are Bell Customers going to get the services they pay for? We have a phone that goes through a satellite box up the road, every year for the last 10 plus years we have issues. This year is the worst….yet you want your money nothing gets fixed only bandaids

@bell sales person told us we could get a $60 plan before checking that it was $80. He already transferred our number and it is still disconnected 24bhours later. Terrible customer service.
