@Bell Because you gave BOTH FIBE LINES to my neighbor across the road, but the fibe box is on MY front lawn. My COPPER telephone line only works half the time, no internet, no cell signal. Nothing. Bell Canada monopoly and nepotism.

@Bell why can I nit get a straight answer from an agent..12 calls 7 hrs total. zero results.Time to switch providers.Useless and horrible service. Promises made but never given. Deplorable service. 12 year customer now going elsewhere.

@Bell_Support I have found Bell to be reliable 99% of the time and quality service for cost. Although others will disagree, sh....happens and it was a few hours of downtime, not days. Granted communication could have been better but ultimately lets cut them some slack.
