    @Bell @Bell_Support 3/3 relies on her phone to speak with family, call for help or just speak to her sister, daughter living great distance away. why they won’t come clean with answers. Will they rebate monthly fees? Will they put around the clock crews to fix it? @CHCHNews

    @Bell_Support . Our internet is down and my roommate cannot schedule a technician to come fix it because he’s not authorized on the account. I’m overseas l, do not have working phone so I cannot phone you. I’ve tried the chat 5x and it’s not working. How can I add him?

    @Bell_Support Funny, I spoke with your customer service department yesterday and they insisted there was no outage and that your website was showing the incorrect information.

    @Bell you guys have the worst service ever have had a downed telephone pole in our yard for over two months and I contacted you two months ago and four times since then and you guys say you will take care of it and you send someone every time and it’s still not replaced

    @Shelby2628 @Highteaspeaks @Bell They just called me randomly late last year. First thought it was a scam call, later discovered it was Fido My wife who is a current customer called to change to my plan but they said it's just for customers that left

    @TELUS @Bell Why is the cell reception so bad in MTL? Very often at 1 bar. I get dead spots all the time.
