@Bell_Support We always always start with a reboot - no joy. Figured it might be a wider issue given the dramatic thunderstorm in the middle of the night.

@Bell waiting for. I cancelled the upgrade request on Dec. 10 as I found same device available even in stores but bell ************* can not cancel it now and making stupid excuses. They told me to call back on December 15th now in a hope that it should be cancelled by then because

. @Bell still 0 support.... now an additional 4 hours today's.... that makes 13 hours on the phone and can't even get a sim card activated. I'm tired. This is the last chance to resolve this or I'm looking for new services for everything with yall..
