    @Bell Small Business- I have never seen such a bad process at any company ever. I just want to pay my bill, you guys wouldn't even take my payment, and then you contact me months later to charge interest. I'm just going to cancel my plan and not bother paying you I guess!!

    @Bell Do you sabotage independent providers on your infrastructure so their clients give up and switch to your service? Is that what your "fibe internet technology" is?
