@Bell worst company ever !! The fact i had an appointment on Tuesday and STILL waiting to get set up. You guys don't even tell people you aren't coming you just don't show up ! Very unprofessional especially for a big company like this.

Hello @Bell You service technician showed up and decided to leave cause we won't wear a mask inside our house. Why should we be in our house? and wasn't even a polite request - it was like making his own rules and calling it his workspace.

If you want your sanity, never use any of @cogeco services under any circumstances. Haven’t had internet for a week due to their complete lack of common sense and customer service. Yo @bell do you know how to install internet at someone’s house in under a week?

@Bell_Support I am having issues with phone internet and network for the past two days. I am sooo frustrated and annoyed with this service. Bell is changing soo mucha and still is not able provide a good service to its customers. What a waste of money!!!!!

What's next @bell technician would request vaccine proof to install wifi in the house? Please fix this behavior, we are not anti-vax, anti-mask people but don't want a rude moron inside our house either

@Bell This is a big lie. I had a great internet connection until I switched to bell pure fiber!!!! Which is not pure and they offered me 1gb / 1gb down/up but still I am on max 550mbits. They told me that they can guarantee the speed till modem.
