I’m curious why @Bell and @Bell_Support don’t give updates about outages on social? It would be so easy. Obviously it is down everywhere looking at people’s updates. Just a thought...

@Bell @Bell_Support please investigate possible tower issues in Beaumont, Alberta. Consistently poor or no connection when on the southern side of the city. Many others in the community and my wife have the same complaint, been an issue for at least 6 months. Figure it out plz

@Bell_Support Why do you need a DM? It’s a simple yes or no. If it’s your guy, the next time they trespass on my property the police will be called. Either you help or disregard. I’m trying to help you here.

@Bell_Support My Dad is a senior, his TV is his life. When it took over three weeks for technical support to repair his Bell Sat TV, it was very hard on him. He lives in a city of 65000, so do you think three weeks is reasonable?

My ISP opens a support ticket with @Bell for my connection. Bell calls me with a pre-recorded message “your ISP has indicated you are having a problem with your line. Please contact your ISP to get this resolved quickly.“ Rinse, lather, repeat. #CustomerService #fail
