    @Bell Probably you should ask your tech folks to check your mobile app, chatting with customer support - always the last word in chat disappear after I send it . Reported to agent multiple times but issues remains for months.

    @Bell when are you introducing pure fibe internet to Wismer & Greensborough neighborhoods in City of Markham?? need that service badly!! your current internet speed of 50mbps is nowhere enough. So many houses in these 2 neighborhoods are waiting that Pure Fibe internet

    @TheGameSheet @RogersHelps @Bell After endless problems with our Rogers internet cutting in & out, getting stuck in the CS loop, them restringing wire and it still not working well, we switched to Bell about two years ago. I don't think our internet has gone down once in those two years. Best decision ever.

    @Rogers how is it that in Evanston Calgary I have 5G+ but I still have no reception to load even emails on my phone but as soon as I drive down to Livingston, it works fine? Why are there still dead spots for your network? @TELUS @Bell

    Why bell is always making trouble for customers. After 3 years using rogers, then switched to Bell, the credit is not given as told, only 2nd months, bill is going up again. @Bell @Bell_LetsTalk

    @Bell Bell_Support Why am I being charged HST twice — once upfront and again in my monthly statement? Your customer service can’t explain and seems confused. Do you do this to all customers? Why can’t anyone clarify why this is wrong? #BellBilling #ConsumerHelp
