I’m curious why @Bell and @Bell_Support don’t give updates about outages on social? It would be so easy. Obviously it is down everywhere looking at people’s updates. Just a thought...

Hey @bell. When are you going to provide cell service that works? Had better service 15 years ago! Can’t make a phone call that doesn’t drop anywhere in eastern Ontario!!! I’m based smack dab between Ottawa and Montreal 30 mins from USA border. Not exactly the middle of nowhere

@Bell u have very shoddy cell service in Baker Lake, Nunavut, u guys did "tower improvements", but now service is worse when rain, snow, sleet weather, majority of ppl rely on cellphone now, we cancelled land line phones, please look into & repair

@Bell_Support Is there an outage in london ON? My phone hasn't been able to connect all day. I normally have full signal in my house but now I can't connect. Rebooted multiple times and still no luck.

This issue has still not been resolved because @Bell @Bell_Support employees don’t know what they are dealing with. They are clueless as to how to fix this issue.

@dp115 @koodo @Bell Just to warn you: when I was with Bell, I called to cancel my service and they said they canceled it. They continued to bill me for 6 more months despite calling repeatedly, asking to cancel my mobile service. I ended up having to pay $300 because they lied to me.
