    @Bell @Bell_Support your service is terrible. Promised a seamless upgrade to take effect Sept 14. No Technicien required. Complete home internet down, call to find out what the issue is get told that my scheduled software update is an all day time slot. Absolutely unacceptable

    @Bell has the worst customer service in the country bar none. I'm currently on hold, which I was told would be for 5 minutes, for over an hour and no one has come back on the line to even update me.

    @Countrifiedgent @Rogers @Bell Honestly everytime I deal with them to fix something, they screw up something else. It's not a difficult job - I've worked for them, so I know personally. And they're goddamn criminal in their rates.

    @Bell your promo team should really look at how things are set up. I was offered a great rate for one of my phones on a shared plan. However if I take it all members lose their data. Now today the offer goes to another member of the plan but not all three. Bad planning
