@Bell_Support Bell Fibe not working. Can not connect to support. In the Hamilton area. I’m done with bell. I’m switching to Cogeco which offers way better download speed and the same tv package for half the price and no contract.

  • livelovelie Kayla. (@livelovelie) reported

@Bell_Support This should mean a credit on our May bill. I hate paying for a service that I can’t rely on.

  • RogerPalfree Roger Palfree (@RogerPalfree) reported

@Bell_Support Our TV is down. All we get is the Fibe splash screen after an unplug and reboot. Internet is OK. There were problems reported in Ontario and Quebec earlier. Claimed to have been solved. Is Bell TV down for Montreal area NOW?

  • stefanieidaa Stefanie (@stefanieidaa) reported

@Bell_Support My app is not working either!

  • deb_0611 Deb0611 (@deb_0611) reported

@Bell_Support The Bell Fibe TV app HAS been affected. Nothing is showing up even on my app!! No scheduled recordings—no previous recordings —NOTHING. Better not have lost everything I had PVRd 😠 Bad enough that we can’t access Bell TV now for hours

@Bell_Support @Bell What a bad timing. Disappointing. Missing playoff Hockey & Basketball. How long is this issue going to last for? What kind of service is this? Totally unacceptable.

  • richbrainstorm Richer D. Brainstorm (@richbrainstorm) reported

@Bell_Support Bell Five not working in Stoney Creek either. It has been dow for a while now. It’s impossible to get through to tech support. Hopefully a credit is issued to all affected users.
