@Bell_Support so i expect area's that you cant supply proper speeds to during this lock down you're going to cut down everyone's bill right, because at this point its better to cancel for some of us

@ChrisAd55717923 @Bell No, I don't think I should have to pay more than the crazy amount of money I'm already paying to get basic service. I live in downtown Toronto (the biggest city in Canada) so having basic internet access shouldn't be a huge ask. It's a good idea just looking for other options.

Update: I finally spoke to the 1 person @Bell that felt like being helpful today. Turns out there is an issue with my modem and account (duhh) They are sending out a tech to fix it tomorrow. He deserves a raise, b/c he's the only person I spoke to who actually did their job.

10/10 would not recommend @Bell to anyone. They screwed up my device upgrade and now im stuck in limbo. They refused to cancel it or redirect my phone to my proper address and now i have no phone cuz its sitting in a locked mail box, at an address i dont live at

I am not happy. Calgary at @NHLJets is blacked out in Ottawa I subscribed to the @Bell Fibe TV sports package just so I can watch games that we cannot see live Not happy at all Why is Ottawa in the Winnipeg blackout area?

@Bell_Support I rebooted the modem last night and the PVR playback is much better than it was, but still pauses for a second or two before resuming during playback. Happened 6 times during a 30 minute show...so about every 5 minutes. Is there a known issue others have had? I have fibre optic
