I’d like to enjoy the game between @NHLJets and @CanadiensMTL but my @Bell internet service is so terrible it’s almost like I’m on old-school dial-up.

@Bell_Support Lol they can’t do anything, have to have me call your service line to have my address added to your system. What a joke of a company

@Bell_Support No you don’t care or you would be more concerned about a customer that called 10 times and is still having issues. Spare me the fake apologies.

@Bell_Support Technician was here and apparently it is fixed but it is not. My landline is down and now the alarm company is calling me saying my alarm is not communicating with their system. Not impressed at all. Another tech is being dispatched....

@cbcRosa It's frightening the amount of pressure @rogers and @bell put onto vulnerable customers that they know they can get away with. I recently had someone with a 169$ overcharge for being on hold with service canada for two hours. They do not have a home phone.

@Bell_Support we're done. After mnths of connectivity issues, multiple techs promising it's fixed, calling only to reboot modem 5 times and be told we need to replace the router, though each tech said it was line issue... We're done. I'm tired of using mobile data to save my job.

@scorpiostu @BellSupport I know. I was paying @Bell over $260/month for #FIBE service, that wasn't very good (couldn't get internet on my balcony, 15 feet away from the modem/router) and I ultimately didn't use very often... so I cut my cable and switched to a much more reasonable internet provider.
