@Bell_Support new customer here. Trying to get my Fibe TV service activated for an order I placed on July 9 (install July 21). Been getting mixed messages from Loyalty saying it would be 3-5 days or 7 days and now 7 BUSINESS days. Not a great way to treat a new customer.

@Bell_Support Looks like there are larger email access issues and I'm not the only one affected. Finally got through. Thanks, but sounds like this might be going on for a couple of more hours.

@Bell Are you trolling me & I just can’t tell, or am I trapped in the bizarro-matrix? Are your “support” staff so grossly incompetent that they genuinely can’t understand the paradox when they say “If your phone is broken, please call…”?!?

Hey @Bell_Support, super shady of you to send a rude, maskless solicitor to my door telling me I need to sign up for your service to my house. Threatening residents with a $20 hook-up fee if they refuse does not attract customers. Not entertaining the thought of your Bell Fibe.

@Bell_Support I’ll give you an opportunity to help, but, I’ve got to be honest, thus far your track record has been pretty poor. Here it is: My land line doesn’t work (no dial tone). I don’t have a cell. Where do we go from here?

So for those seeking rural wifi service on PEI. Be aware that mine has recently started dropping service randomly requiring manual reboots. When contacted @Bell_Support discovered the tower we are on is over capacity - they say “full” - & they don’t know when it can be fixed? 1/2
