@Bell_Support 1 hour on phone with Billing requesting credit, cancelled Home phone halfway through billing cycle as phone not working guess what? after time spent no guarantee I will get credit owed but promised I will get an auto generated credit 60 days from now 😡

@Bell, Let’s Talk! Why would you say calls are being recording for customer protection, then when you need a supervisor to go back and listen to a call that was getting you a credit…they can’t? #bell #bellmobility

@Bell_Support Most people don't have home phones anymore. VISA and Mastercard use your mobile number for 2FA for many delivery applications so not having my phone for several days was problematic. Several days of Bell support drones telling me they had no way to help me was not good either.

@Bell who do i have to call to get your bell sales people to stop coming to my door. i don’t want your dam over priced fibre service after you destroyed my driveway and left a sink hole in my front yard that i had to fix myself i will never use bell services ever because of this
