@CRTCeng @Bell @Bell_Support Will not allow a separate router to connect to their modem. How is this legal? Internet is a service I pay for. I should be able to use it how I like. None of my smart home devices connect. How can I file for a formal complaint?

@ShadySteph1997 @TorontoUltra @Bell My condo board signed a (shady) exclusivity deal with Bell so I'm stuck with them whether I like it or not. I'm in DT Toronto and the speeds are garbage, connection regularly drops, horrible gaming lag. Bell's solution: buy our range extenders for your 500sf condo. 🙄

@Bell I've seen your store managers treat their employees like in front of me in numerous occasions. No thank you, I rather visit a Fido store :)

@MartinLvesque6 @Bell_Support You don't want it. Trust. I live in downtown Toronto and the service is complete and total garbage. Lag city, will ruin your KDR.

@Bell_Support Had problems with television service. Requested a reimbursement for services not received. Bill came but no reduction in service was given. I am a widow, retiree, and handicapped person. Television is my one entertainment"

hey @Bell the router you gave me died this morning & you still haven’t called me to tell me if you can deliver me a new one today. I kinda need the internet to do my job. wanna fix this please?

  • Mednus Chris Southern (@Mednus) reported from Algonquin Highlands, Ontario

Great job @Bell_Support @Bell after 5 weeks of waiting for a technician when we told you the pole came down in the woods, he comes out and says "I can't do anything"

  • peterfromottawa Peter McGregor (@peterfromottawa) reported

@ShadySteph1997 @TorontoUltra @Bell Not actually fiber optic, just a brand name "Fibe". It's their **** DSL and doesn't get anywhere near advertised speeds. Go with Teksavvy. So much better in every way.

  • NotthatIronMike Mike Keenan (@NotthatIronMike) reported

@Bell Not allowing the home hub 4000 to connect to a second router has got to be one of the stupidest decisions made. I have smart lights that will not connect to your network. This needs to be fixed now. #bell #bellinterner

When bell won’t do a single thing to keep you as a customer besides suggesting lowering your internet speed and removing channels to lower your bill I guess you go with cogeco….@Bell
