    0915ET Hi @Bell @Bell_News @Bell_Support After chasing you since December 2021 to fix a service problem on my phone line, when you promised to fix it this week, I didn't expect you to disconnect my other line as your solution. This needs to be fixed immediately.

    @Bell My service cost increased by 100% over 3 years, the service is lesser, less basic channels and most channels are in French. I'm switching to teksavy.

    And perhaps the worst run company @Bell at least they try to help but their systems and login profiles are too many. They also give new customers better deals than existing. But again, no one cares or can do anything about it

    @Bell_Support Bell Fibe is down in Clarkson South Mississauga. All I can get is CP 24. I have rebooted modem - still freezing and pixels

    @Bell_Support the cell service along Nova Scotia’s Eastern Shore is abysmal. It has gotten progressively worse over the last few years. This is a concern when family members are commuting and they can’t be reached-1
