Turns out our entire building was flapping. Took 'em over a year to fix the issue.

Providers promise top speed to the house, what happens inside is not their problem except to upsell and sell silly gadgets that promise more speed. +/- 24$/50ft at Amazon don't buy the overpriced ones at best Buy
