@Bell_Support Countless phone calls hours spent on the phone waiting. Not one email sent to me. Finally told on the last phone call. You don’t have those receivers so if you want one, you have to buy one ??? WTF it’s simple one honest phone call made at the very beginning and chaos ever since

  • CarsSportsNews

@bell if you’re going to have people working remotely at least ensure they have a good cell phone signal. Or call the customer back when the call drops

  • saimrashid
    Saim Rashid (@saimrashid) reported

@Bell has provided the worst customer experience in my life. Internet outage started on 8:00 AM July 21st, and every time the agent just tells me it will be resolved in the next 4 to 6 hours. After 48 hours & 6 calls I am getting another 6 hour estimate. Horrible service Bell!

  • shavezsurve23
    Guddu Bhaiyya (@shavezsurve23) reported

@Bell worst customer service ever, agent named Adam, on call was so rude and in a rush that doesn't Wana help or assist. Worst service ever and I'll make sure I switch all my services. Will never recommend and will refer to this incident to all. Thank you @bell for nothing.

  • ForNL6

Fck it’s unreal how useless cell coverage is in NL. @TonyWakehamNL the amount of money wasted by certainly federal and maybe provincial towards @Bell and @Rogers while we have garbage service is mental. High cost phones and bills but utterly useless service …

@Bell DM sent hoping to get a faster resolution!

  • swpinsent
    Stephen Pinsent (@swpinsent) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell_Support wow, after over an hour chatting with your support bot, I'm now referred back to the same numbers I started calling to. I will not be calling them as the telephone agents were rude and bad to deal with.

    Barfyman362 (@Barfyman36two) reported

I would like to thank @Bell_Support for the broken modem causing my TV to be down as well! No seriously thank you. This isn’t a tweet to get the problem solved and make it public. We are getting a new modem tomorrow and I don’t have to watching this disastrous Blue Jays Game!

  • InfinitusCap
    Infinitus Capital (@InfinitusCap) reported
