Like what happened was my data stopped working and my @Bell wifi DSL was oddly slow max speed I got was 100kbps/5mbps download the upload speed seemed fine due to it already being 800kpbs max.

We thought we had a good package! Wrong. Terrible way to treat customers. Been on the phone all morning. I HATE BELL! Good tv but crap service!

Leo (@Leo71106092) reported@bell why won’t the automated service allow me to speak with a live service agent for repair after they announce the issue that was fixed yesterday wasn’t really fixed and may not be until Friday the 15th at 10pm? Working on it, no one needed on site after waiting all day today

Brendan Fyke (@BlackHoleNorth) reported@Bell_Support Is there anyway to get support other than waiting for 40 mins on hold or 38 mins for a agent to reply to a chat support? Just ridiculous. I just signed up with Bell again recently. Customer service has REALLY gone downhill. Do better.

iamouttahere 🇨🇦🍁☘️ (@iamouttahere) reportedRogers is tremendously expensive! So is @Bell. Frankly, my calls throughout Northern Ontario are spotty at best, and often drop with both. There are so many areas where there is no service at all, or while driving north, even to Espanola or Elliot Lake, calls drop consistently!
