@Bell tech support, nice job speeding up the wifi (to something close to the promised amount), but did not ask to have the PVR contents vaporized. That was an unpleasant surprise.

@care_hebert @dprlot @Bell_Support Yes if you dabbled with the password you would lose access when the network came back. You can always contact Bell support for a new password if you can’t find yours :)

Hey @Bell ! My husband in on the phone for almost 40 minutes to cancel his mobile line. Someone talk to him in less than 1 and a half minute, but as long as he said CANCELLATION he’s on hold. What a shame. @BellCanadaWatch

@Bell how is this acceptable service? Been terrible for months, multiple tickets, more than half a dozen calls to support. Not a problem with my new phone either, same service in multiple devices, changed the Sim. 0/10 would not recommend.

Been having terrible ping issues over the past week. Contacted @Rogers and was assured it would be solved within 1-2 days. Contacted them again and was basically told I need to upgrade my plan and that is all the help they can offer. @Bell hit my line.
