My parents have been loyal Bell customers since they immigrated here in the 70s; thats over 50yrs of monthly payments and not 1 single $ they've given back to us.

The big game changer for me was in 2012 when Bell charged me a super-ultra $1,500 in roaming charges when I visited the States for four days and thought I'd be stupid enough to pay. That changed my game to anything but #Bell!

J MD (@JMD31905586) reported@Bell @Bell the remote doesn't work unless pointed exactly directly at the unit. Off a foot...nothing. Can't stop it from recording every show. Which was a one off. No setting anywhere to stop a recording. Its more frustrating than entertaining. Awful.
