I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. Understand Bell expects it to be up and running in the next hour so. And yes - message should change so new customers don’t go messing with their passwords.

As previous posters have said. 1st world prices for 3rd world service. I actually had better cell service when I was in Cuba.
