@Bell your EPP cust service agents need more training , I switched over and the next week learned it cost me an extra $15/mth in service fees, if this had been disclosed to me I never would have switched and now no one will fix this error on your agents part , 10 yr Loy cust :(

In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. Questions DM me as I have spent way to many hours with Bell.

Wow! @Bell is scamming loyal clients during these awful times hoping people won’t notice!! Check your bills folks! Mine went up 22$/month with ZERO notification! I give more than 50% of what I receive on long term disability so my family can have phones, the internet and tv #SCAM

Bad deal @SamsungCanada @Bell_Support had my Z Flip 4 a month and the screen won't open past halfway. Had one drop in the folded position with a case on it from about 3 feet onto a carpeted floor. Really regretting switching from @Apple right now. This durability is ridiculous.
